Our tracking shows that the order has been delivered on October 31st as I showed you in the email I sent to you on November 3rd. I also asked you to check your mailbox or the area where the packages are usually left for you. Since I have not heard back from you, I was under the impression that the package turned up.

When I purchased my lunar necklace, it was 2-5 days to ship which was great because this was a gift for someone. I placed my order on October 11th. After not receiving any information or shipping details after a week, I reached out to cancel my order. The only response I got back was that the production of my order had already started and didn’t acknowledge that I wanted to cancel. I then reached out again on October 27th asking about my order and didn’t receive a response. I got an email on October 29th that my order shipped. My order was in production on October 19th when I messaged to cancel but didn’t ship until 10 days later? I believe that my order could have been successfully cancelled when I first reached out on October 19th. I finally received my necklace on November 2nd. I emailed once again about requesting a refund (your website says 100% money back guarantee) and I have yet to hear back from anyone. The customer service for this company is not helpful whatsoever and I have been quite disappointed with this process. I understand that delivery times right now can be a bit longer but the issue here was the production time. Whoever is handling your emails could be much more helpful and communicative. (Note: there is no phone number to call, just social media pages and emails to communicate)

You messaged us on October 19th asking if the production of your item has already started. You mentioned that if it hasn't you wanted to cancel. The same day I responded that your order was already in production. You specified in your email that you wanted to cancel if the production hasn't already started. Since it started, I didn't mention the cancelation.
On 10/27/20, you sent another email asking if the order was shipped. The order was fulfilled on 10/29/20 and we sent you a tracking number via email.
We offer money back guarantee but we didn't receive a refund request from you. I just checked our email inbox and the last message from you was received on 10/27/20.
In October, in addition to issues related to the pandemic, one of the machines used in the production needed to be fixed. That took few days and all the orders were delayed.
I am very sorry about that. If you still want a refund please email the customer service and I will be happy to give it to you.

Special Christmas gift for my granddaughter.
From start to finish (delivery of the necklace) everything went smoothly. I love the birthday moon I selected for my granddaughter, and I know she will too. It’s a lovely, well made piece with beautiful engraving on the back, and arrived in a timely fashion.

This is my 3rd purchase from Lunar Treasure. I purchased the sun/moon astrology necklace in silver. It was well worth the sale price! It is well constructed (no flaws), was received very quickly, tracking information provided about my purchase was timely and very helpful, and I’ve worn the necklace twice in the past week alone. I also have my birth moon necklace and have purchased 2 more birth moon necklaces for friends/family who absolutely adore them! This company is spot on with their communication, follow up, and often has some terrific sales. Check out their products; you won’t be disappointed!

The necklace i purchased came in a very nice box ready for gift wrapping. The necklace itself was stunning when you opened the box. The workmanship is amazing! I feel very sure that my daughter will love this for her 50th birthday. Great value for the money spent. I would recommend this company to anyone.
