Luna Amatores Recenzje

Amazing crystals as always. Prompt delivery, in eco friendly packaging. A business you can trust to have real gems/crystals, rather than a lot of the fake stuff around at the moment. Love this shop! ❤️

Lovely website and my order came quickly and even had a lovely note with it.

Everything was great, the shipping was fast and the item is exquisite. The business owner is super kind and helpful too. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. My order was delivered the next day, well packaged & it was a lovely touch that a little goodie bag with two extra crystals and an incense burner were included. I have only just become interested in crystals and will definitely be ordering from Luna Amatores again.

Popped in on Saturday for the first time with my daughter Ruby. What a lovely sho, my daughter’s eyes lit up.
The lady in the shop was really lovely and very knowledgeable.
Small gifts wrapped beautifully.
Will definitely be back.

Always a lovely welcome and no pressure selling.
Knowledgeable and interesting staff. Great selection of quality crystals and other gifts.
Always come out with something...even when I'm only 'window shopping'

I absolutely LOVE this shop. Ordered so many times before. This time was Christmas present for my 9 year old niece. Beautifully wrapped with love! I just wish I lived near the shop to visit. Need to manifest more money to spend online shop. 🥰

Very impressed that the retailer refunded one lot of postage when they realised I had placed two orders and sent both together. Really lovely choice of items received quickly packed with care and the lovely little gift pouch with incense and gems in was a nice surprise

Quick in replying to enquiries. Love the deck of cards I ordered and the little free gifts I received. Everything was received in good condition and delivery was quick too :)

Quick delivery, well packaged, stunning necklace beautifully made and amazing customer service as always

Korin does her upmost to get your delivery out the door sharpish. Friendly customer service, upfront. Custom packaging with a nice little free gift pouch, always a nice experience from ordering to opening the box.

I love this place and all their products. It’s a fabulous place to shop.
I ordered a gift voucher that came in a beautiful black envelope with wax seal - the only problem was it was a gift and the postage label was stuck over the envelope :-( which means I’ll have to remove it from the beautiful envelope & break the seal. Apart from that it arrived promptly and I know the recipient is going to love it.

Great little business. Ordered jewellery online, received email once order was ready to collect.
Popped in to collect it and was greeted by a big smile and a lovely hello.
Ended up picking up some more bits while I was in there.
Order came with a little bag of freebies too!
Jewellery itself was in a lovey box with a care guide and cleaning wipe too.
Couldn’t have had it any better.
Korin does an amazing job running Luna Amatores single handedly, the levels she goes to, presentation, professionalism and customer service is always another level.

Love my bracelet and what a beautiful little shop. I can't wait to purchase some more crystals

First time visit whilst down from Scotland to see family. The shop itself is a nice space to be in, well laid out and inviting. The quality and variety of the stock is very good and well priced. Korin, the owner is a delight, very engaging and chatty. Will buy here again online and will visit next time I am down. Would recommend to any crystal lovers.

Luna amatores is my go-to crystal shop. Korin’s crystals are always the very best quality & are very competitive prices (I’ve seen worse quality crystals at a lot more expensive prices). I know when I buy online or in person that the pieces I select are all ethically sourced. The shop itself is an absolute delight to shop in. It offers many unique & unusual gifts & supports other local traders. A real must if in Carlisle.

delivered next day, all intact, had a bag of free stuff included.
always awesome to order from and always has a bunch of cool stuff.
just a shame i was ordering for a present and not myself haha.

Wonderful experience! Thank you!

The items purchased were just as described, high quality & ethically sourced. Korin was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
