However, after reviewing your case, we found that your bottle was not defective. The issue appeared to be related to the bottle not being screwed on correctly, which is simply a matter of attaching the generator base to the BPA-free Tritan bottle. We provided instructions for this, and if you need additional assistance, we are happy to guide you through the process.

Regarding the sound effects, these can be easily turned off in the settings menu if you find them bothersome. As for the droplets discharged from the bottom of the bottle, this is an intentional design feature that helps remove byproducts such as residual chlorine, ozone, and other oxidizing compounds generated during the electrolysis process. This ensures that the water produced is of the highest purity and safe for consumption.

If you have a bottle that is not charging or functioning as expected, we kindly ask for a video demonstrating the issue. Once we receive this, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or a return for a refund, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.

To help resolve your concerns, we requested video proof to verify the performance of the bottles. While three bottles were purchased, only one bottle was shown during the testing process. Once full video proof is provided, we are happy to proceed with a replacement. Alternatively, you are always welcome to return the bottles in full for a complete refund.
