We have used Lumi for our 2 AGMs since listing in 2014. We have found the system to work very well for shareholders and the company. In particular, it greatly streamlines the process for asking questions from the floor and enables us to provide the outcome of shareholder votes within seconds of the completion of voting.

The customer service shown to us by Lumi in preparation for the AGM and on the day has been exceptional.

When Bursa Malaysia Berhad, the country’s stock exchange changed the listing requirements that after 1 July 2016 all PLCs must approve their resolutions by poll, it was imperative that we needed a business partner with impeccable track record to work with in order to achieve the goal of presenting an advanced electronic polling solution to our clients.

Our conference really benefited from the introduction of Lumi technology. Lumi Show is the best event app I have used. With so many choices in the marketplace my opinion is that this is attributed 100% to "can do" attitude of the support staff. With only days to to add reams of information the Lumi technicians went hell for leather and go it all done. On site initiative was the order of every hour and it worked. The uptake way exceeded our expectation and the reviews from the delegates was 5 stars all round. User friendly, informative, they enjoyed the surveys and loved the gaming.

Personally I don't think I will ever attempt to use another event app for this type of event ever again. As far as i am concerned - this is the best event app hands down.

We used the Lumi app for the EUPRIO conference in Antwerp, September 2016. The app was downloaded by the vast majority of the attendees. The attendees were very enthusiastic about the functionalities, like consulting their own programme, finding 'like minded' attendees, participate to polls and surveys... As organisers, it was very practical to be able to send push messages for last minute programme changes and to publish announcements.

We used the MeToo app at our annual conference earlier this year. The app was easily downloadable, slick and went down very well with all attendees and really helped the engagement between presenters and the audience. The information we collected has also proved invaluable as it has formed the basis for our employee engagement programme. I would strongly recommend the app and we will be sure to use it again.

Lumi are by far the leaders in conference feedback technology. I am a firm believer that they rally the audience towards giving honest, anonymous, instant feedback. Their professional team are a pleasure to work with and their technology is fail proof! Love this team. Love this product!
