Lumide Recenzje

Please can we have a MINUS negative review to give as this site deserves it completely!!
Please customers don’t use this CHINA site protenting to be English!!!!!!! You will loose your money and not receive a CHINESE price of S!!!! Pretending to be English so have scammed out of almost £100, still trying to get back after 5 weeks!!!! I think they have shut down so please don’t order and lose money as have I 😡

My order was “shipped” 6 weeks ago and customer service isn’t able to give me any update on when I will receive it. The customer support, which is clearly AI, sends back generic responses of “it will be with you soon”.

do not use this company purchased a light it is awlful quality trying to get a refund is a joke they are trying everything not to refund me they are saying i am too late as i ordered it in march when i have proof i ordered it in May and requested a refund the day it arrived!!!!

Scam! No contact from company.
No evidence of dispatch and no reply successive emails, and messages through their contact form.

Avoid

This is a SCAM with a very impressive website.
Everything about it is fake, from the photo of Renée Zellweger on the About page, to the non existent help and support. You will not receive what you ordered, nor get your money back. Avoid.

The business appears to be a scam.
You place an order, they take your money, and nothing gets delivered.
The support email goes to an error page.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM

This business is a SCAM do not purchase anything from Lumide.
You will not get what you've purchased and you will not be able get a reply from the non-exsistent customer service, they will however keep your money and NOT DELIVER.
Absolute Scam

Fallen for it again, lovely website intises you, ohhhh lovely. Stop. Avoid like the plague. Chinese tat that is worthless and non existent customer service. My fault for falling for these ridiculous websites. Please do not waste your hard earned money like I have done.

The lamp is even nicer in person. Solid construction and a really elegant finish.

Smooth experience from start to finish product arrived in perfect condition and looks amazing! Really happy with the quality and presentation. The only small reason for 3 stars is that delivery took a couple of days longer than the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Still, everything arrived safely and I'm pleased overall.

Simple ordering process, fast shipping, and the lamp is gorgeous. Couldn’t ask for more.

The lamp ties the whole room together. Warm light, solid feel, great design. No complaints at all.

The website is easy to navigate, the checkout process was simple, and my order arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and trustworthy service

The quality of the items exceeded my expectations, and delivery was faster than anticipated. I appreciate the professional communication and attention to detail.

A friend recommended this lamp website to me. I visited the site and saw a wide variety of interesting lamps. I went to the outdoor lamp section and loved the Solmira lamps; they're beautiful for a sidewalk. The prices seem good. Overall, the website is well-organized and attractive. The prices and offers are appealing.

I came across Lumide a while ago and fell in love with a lamp but it was out of my budget, I waited until the new years sales started and got the lamp I wanted for my bedroom, it’s a gorgeous crystal chandelier, I got it installed and it looks stunning, worth every single cent!

Really good service when needed. I asked why there was a delay, they explained it. It was only one day delay, and the quality was good!

Great quality products with good support for clients. Overal a great shopping experience

Lamps for a decent price. Customer service was friendly as well. Thanks!
