Lumberjack Direct Recenzje

Product was delivered on time and no damage to any tiles. The delivery company worked with me on a time that we were home.

I had a great experience ordering my LVP Conquest Paradigm "Estate" from Lumberjack Direct. I was skeptical placing such a large order online but Lumberjack Direct could not have been any more reliable and easier to work with. The order arrived on time and accurate. Nothing damaged! All perfect! The communications were reassuring along the way and the price was right. I love my new floors! I highly recommend Lumberjack Direct!

Everything was perfect except the Jacksonville pick up. First they didn’t know which dock to pick it up. Then when they got that figured out, the lady at the end of all of this was rude. Estes should know this.

Jacob is awesome to work with!

Excellent experience. I was concerned about how fast my order would be delivered and messaged the company right after submitting my order. I recieved a quick response (after hours) from the owner telling me he would look into it Monday morning. The delivery came within a week and I couldn’t be happier.

Dylan and Jacob were outstanding to work with. They were very responsive. They priced out the best for the product line we were looking for and helped us stay in budget. I'll be using them again in the near future.

Quick to respond to questions and send samples. Price was more than competitive. We would definitely use them again.

After searching for months at several different vendors (low inventory and inflated prices), we were able to find the exact match to our LVP flooring at Lumberjack Direct…at a discounted price! Great customer service; polite, prompt and informative…even gave us step by step directions to picking up the shipment from a freight facility (our shipping preference). Flooring arrived in less than a week in pristine condition. We saved nearly $500 by ordering through Lumberjack Direct and will definitely order again for future home improvement projects!

My second order with Lumberjack Direct was, again, a professional experience. Dylan clearly answered all of my questions, which resulted in my follow-on purchase of 40+ boxes of hardwood flooring to complete my project. Thanks again, and I look forward to recommending you to my friends and business associates.

Absolutely awesome company. Their products are excellent quality. Picking our new floors from them was an obvious choice!

Great company to buy your hardwood flooring from!! Very responsive and quick ship!! Ordered on a Monday and delivered by Thursday!

Great customer service and quick shipping. Super happy!

I love my paradigm tower product from Lumberjack. Justin and Jacob were amazing to work with and answered all my multiple questions and ensured my product would be here in time for install. I would order from LJ again and again. The flooring was beautiful and customer service was exceptional. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

This is our 2nd project with these guys and they are great! Responsive with communication & shipping! Highly recommend

Great company, reliable and prices are competitive

I recommend getting your flooring from Lumberjack. Jake was helpful and easy to work with for the flooring. However, I do not recommend buying transitions from Lumberjack unless you know exactly their terminology because the transitions cannot be returned without a restocking fee higher than the cost of the wood. I would recommend getting the transitions elsewhere and getting them stained to match.

Lumberjack Direct saved me over $4000 by purchasing my hardwood flooring from them. Highly professional staff, they answered all my questions promptly. I Originally was hesitant to use them because I had never heard of them, but my 1st order came several days earlier than promised & the fact that I had such a good experience with my 1st order I then turned around & ordered the glue from them on my second order !

Very easy to work with and delivered everything as promised and quickly!

The LumberJack Direct team is awesome. Responsive, helpful, friendly, quick --can't recommend them enough!

I ordered LVP from Lumberjack for my first level. I was having a hard time finding something I liked locally, so started looking online. I called and spoke with Dylan who directed me to the perfect color/style that I was looking for. I ordered 2000 sq ft sight unseen and I absolutely love it. It is the paradigm conquest tower and it is better quality than anything I had seen previously and lumberjack had the best prices by far on it. Thanks again!
