I am so grateful for the assistance…

I am so grateful for the assistance Stefanie at Luma Light in getting me up and running with my new LED light. It turned out I was being too careful with plugging in the light to the power source. She suggested I give it a good "push" to see if I was not making the connection before she would send me a return label. She was very patient throughout her coaching to my great appreciation. The light works!!! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service - incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them - they did a great job of helping us with product selection. The best customer service I've come across in a long while

Fantastic service!

despite problem with a product Trevor could not have been more helpful in resolving and replacing units. Would not hesitate to use Luma again.

Downlights

Excellent downlights, very well made, easy to fit as they have push fit connectors.
First class service from Luma Lighting, would recommend using them for any future purchases

Great cuustomer service!

Answered query I had very quickly and accurately (other sellers didn't even bother replying or was unreliable as they obviously had not read the question properly or checked stock). Item ordered was exactly what I needed and delivered next day as promised. Great service!

Good service

When we emailed to find out delivery date, we were told that the original order had been lost between their supplier and them. To be fair to them, they ordered a replacement very quickly and it only ended up being 1 day later than anticipated. They were very efficient and responded quickly to emails , product looks great (though not fitted yet). Overall very happy with service and product (and they were cheaper than our local supplier).
