Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I recently bought a stove from them AlWahda mall branch and since then which was almost a week ago I'm calling them for installation and changing the nozzles. Worst customer service ever, no one answers I had to go there again and they promised to send someone and till now nothing. When I recall they close the phone in my face or cancel it. Don't recommend anyone to buy from it!

Yesterday that is 29of October 2024 as I am regular customer of LuLu Hypermarket, so I went lulu which is in madinat Zayed
I bought the item more then 3000 aed
N I also bought saree for my mom. But when I went home n check properly it was damage so I again went back for exchange but they said they don’t have another one only one piece but I need the same one, so I insist to give me the same because lulu is not a small market they have several branches if they want they can arrange from anywhere. The customer service called manger my God very very rude he didn’t listen to me even didn’t asked just came to me with an attitude n said will check in other branches if no will give your money back
N started arguing with me n he started saying I am your making problem for me. Like really they are the one giving me damage items n then they are the one fighting. Being manger he behaving very unprofessional. I am totally upset with this kind of behavior

A hair in lulu production BISCUITS

Im a customer of Lulu for 8 long years but Lulu is missing his place now a days in many ways like they put offers but forgot to update in system and people are buying their items with different prices instead of offer one and they don’t even realize that until they check the bill. And there is no compensation as well from them, Ive purchased a house pack of biscuits feom LULU production and there was a long hair in it, i have shown them the pictures and videos but no compensation and no response to my complaints.
Its very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible! I've ordered 3 packs of dumplings online, they are frozen obviously and I wasn't even thinking that such a big company gonna delivered it on the passenger seat, with the juice out of them, half soft and sticked to each other in one large ball. I can't even cook it. You don't have a freezer in your delivery vehicle? This is not serious people. Never again.

Smart Marketing Strategy, HAPPINESS DISCOUNT FLAT 50%, I purchased 71 Items on 29th Aug and got discounts in only three items, Also the cost of all items are more than other shopping malls specifically in grocery and food stuff, I also noticed that the quality of the products are not even satisfactory but also expensive, so much crowd, no clean corridors, vegetables are in pathetic condition, I will never ever go to LULU again and will suggest all my group and friends, it’s Like a cheating someone emotionally but in legal terms so we are helpless.

They toy with customers

After one spends considerable time adding items in cart,then items aren’t available,then one has to wait for 2 to 7 days refund,and then one waits impatiently for refund,only to find out that bank didn’t get it. Customer goes back and forth between bank and lulu customer service which is absolutely useless. It didn’t happen one time but multiple times. No wonder they don’t provide ( pay by card upon delivery). Truly their aim is to anger and dissatisfy customers with zero consideration to our valuable time.WAIST OF TIME.

Rude staff , cashier poor customer service

Why is your cashier is very rude especially the woman at the entrance she is not professional she got mad because I asked her about an offer that is not clear , I'm so upset poor customer service. Not recommend.not willing to visit again.

I m regular costumer for lulu spice 20years .I bought shoes 169 dirham and returned neck to Chang it to less size they refused as policy said within 14 days . What a cheap and bad Hypermarket never going to it any more

Always delivering wrong items, very slow in responding online chats. When we select items online it’s available but once we make payment, some items are cancelled saying out of stock. Delivery guys are not trained well. Better avoid online shopping if LULU is not providing good service

Hi I am regular customer for lulu and we are shopping grocery from WTC LULU ABUDABI for our family. Now days I am buying coconut milk from lulu every time for my wife because she is pregnant 🤰 last week you guys put offer price 5.75dhs and selling spoiled coconut milk which we open in house and when my wife drink and notice its spoiled like salty water inside and it cause food poison 😡she is pregnant and you guys are selling expired coconut keeping long time on shelf and putting offer price to make customer fool. Which is really not acceptable. All are buying coconut milk for pregnant women's in UAE so it's very harmful if you guys selling this kind product specially in UAE.

Had a first experience with LULU online delivery

Had a first experience with LULU delivery through their app and it certainly going to be my last. The frozen items were half frozen “mushy” by the time I received. The app stated my order will be delivered within 2 hours, 2 hours later someone called to tell me an item was out of stock and they replaced it with another unwanted item. Connected with customer service and the best they could come up with was to create a concern ticket instead of admitting their mistake and processing a refund. Never order from them online. They are cheating people and it’s a shame such a behaviour!

Lulu D ring branch Qatar rude staff

Lulu D ring branch Qatar, most pathetic customer service , they try their best to discourage you from retiring faulty item , tried replacing it and we showed them that even that was faulty , they sell faulty cheap items are expensive price and then resist to take it back , after fighting my case when they agree to give exchange voucher the customer service person literally threw it in front of me.

FFC customer service far better than Lulu

Poorly service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent order .The fruit delivered was rotten and inedible. It's our 3rd time to received that kind of products.This not only reflects poorly on the quality control but also raises concerns about the freshness of other products. Disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.👎👎👎👎👎👎

Made an online order and it took 5…

Made an online order and it took 5 hours for it to be delivered. Absolute shambles. It took a few times of contacting to even get an update. No update was given to me. I asked how long it usually takes on average and they told me 2 hours. How is it even possible for an order to take that long? Very frustrating!!

My card was declined in lulu…

My card was declined in lulu hypermarket i ask the cashier if she could deduct the amount in my card its 109.84 usd,our total in our groceries is 260 usd something so my friend could share me the payment.,but to make the transaction past my friend pays the full amount.Afterward we went to kfc to have lunch but when i try to swipe again my card its ni more balance left.,so meaning to say i went to customer service in lulu hypermarket in abu dhabi.i spoke to the supervisor on duty named rosemarie.she said that the 109.84 dollars will be refunded by my bank.but until now my bank said that lulu hypermarket us the one who's responsible for the refund..thankyou can you make the refund

Phone app order from Lulu Hypermarket

I order from Lulu online.
I use the phone app. I have been doing this for the few months.
I have had a minimum of 10 complaints due to negligence, untrained staff, ignorant employees and other.

One time they delivered only half of my order, 2 emails and a phone call later I got the rest of my order. The driver said it was his mistake. I was affected by the mistake no matter who's it was.

Another time, I order Alpro Gluten free oat milk, I got Alpro oat milk.

I ordered Hass avocado, I got Kenyan Avocado .

I ordered Indian garlic, got Chinese garlic (twice)

I can't remember the rest at the moment.

Everytime this happens, I have to call, send an email, they ask for a photo, and it takes the team a lot of time and stress on my side to finalize the matter.

Lulu hires customer service staff who don't know the difference between Kenyan and Hass Avocado. I have to teach them.
That's so annoying, time wasting, and irritating.

When I make an order, they charge my visa, and if any of the items are not available, it takes them a week to refund. Can't their app be up-to-date with what's available and What's not.
Can't Lulu devise a system to reserve the credit card payment and not charge until the order is dispatched.
This putting so much stress on me having to check what was refunded and what not.

Please fix your online ordering problems. Train your people. Devise customer friendly payment system. Update your app every minute.

Please DO SOMETHING. It's very annoying.
