This site is the last place in the world selling a hat that I really wanted. I questioned if it was even legit, but I went for it and I'm glad I did! The shipping to the US was expensive but so fast. I had the product in less than a week. They got it sent out right away. Very happy with them

It's interesting to me that there are so many reviews praising customer service when my experience of the customer service has not been good. I ordered an item for the sole reason the shipping range was 3 to 5 days. The item arrived two weeks later. Throughout this two weeks I was in contact with customer service, and although they were very polite, they ignored my actual questions throughout most interactions, and just kept telling me it would be with me soon. I asked for a return slip to be sent so I could the return the item as it had arrived too late, I got no response, I asked for my shipping to be refunded, given it was not the service I paid high shipping charges for (9 euro). The same message ignoring my request...'your item will be with you soon, please see the tracking'...over and over again, very frustrating. Avoid if you have tight time frames or thing there may be any need to get an issue resolved effectively. The item sat in a sorting office in The Netherlands for a week, had someone looked into the shipping issues when I first queried it, my item may have got here in time, Instead customer service just kept telling me it would be with me soon and forwarding the tracking info I already had. Really disappointing. I now how an item I cant get to my nephew in Switzerland in time for Christmas, and a very expensive shipping fee.

Update: After a lot of emails, Luksusbaby have refunded my postage, and allowed me to return the mittens, paying my return postage too. I appreciate this, and it is a vast improvement on the customer service I had been receiving, but the sheer amount of effort and hassle it took to get to this point doesn't change my star rating on this review. Maybe it would be a better experience if the item wasn't being shipped to the UK.

Everything is great quality, favorite Danish brands that I wasn't able to find elsewhere in the UK 😊

Commande passée le 1er février 2024 et le 5 mars 2024 toujours rien reçu. Le service client fait le mort malgré mes multiples relances. À fuir.

Colis jamais reçu .
Commande passe le 21 juillet 2023, le service client répond par e-mail mais ne parle pas français .

Altid virkelig god kundeservice, flotte varer, hurtig levering og nem retur :) Vi handler hos luksusbaby indtil vores datter ikke kan passe deres tøj mere. Det er heldigvis først om mange år :)

The customer service is amazing. They supported me with an issue 1 year after my order. And i could tell through the messages that they were doing with a smile. I recommend this serious site

At first I was disappointed with the customer service on this site, but in dealing with customers, communication and resolving unpleasant situations is just as important.
If you are worried that there will be problems - rest assured, here you will be helped!
With a great selection of clothes and a variety of brands, this site is amazing!
