Working with Luke during the 90 day identity work was beyond impactful. His method helped me navigate launching a personal brand on top of operations and development of an 8 year business and the tools he provided me with kept me growing and grounded even while navigating huge shifts in my personal life. Making time for this work was absolutely gamechanging for me.

Luke has so many helpful tools! I'd had quite a lot of business coaching leading up to working with Luke, but what made my experience different with him is that he not only gave me tools but also helped me to IMPLEMENT the exact systems I needed to regain my sanity and step out of survival mode. His work with belief shifting, getting the root cause of our self-sabotage, being honest with ourselves and our priorities, and taking action revolutionized by business life.

I had been in a place as a solopreneur where I felt like I was running all day and literally sliding into meetings with no time in between, putting out fires, spinning plates ALL DAY LONG and burning the candle at both ends. My personal relationships were suffering, and I didn't see a way out.

Enter Luke. Something as simple and straightforward as step-by-step calendar management, getting clear on priorities and exactly what needs to be done and when, making time for self care and taking control by setting boundaries, has revolutionized my approach to every day. Now, I'm clear, my energy is high, and I have a vision for what I'm creating, not just running around like a crazy person.

If you're reading this and you're ready to get honest about what is holding you back so that you can move into the best version of yourself and achieve massive success, get in touch with Luke. You will feel in the first call, he is a wise guide who can hold space for you and support you. He will also hold you accountable. Thank you, Luke!

Luke is helping me become the business owner I want to be.

He’s helping me build the processes and systems that are necessary to create the life I want. He’s also helping me develop a nervous system and mindset that support the ebb and flows of growth.

Everyone out there will teach you how to scale. But none of them show you how to build your life and mind to support it.

Grateful to have found Luke. He’s got a lot of experience in sales, and has helped me both with my business skills and life skills.

Luke is incredible. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only does he help you target your identity & belief systems at the root, he’s knowledgeable at marketing, AI, sales and so much more. He has helped me get really organized on my calendar and stay consistent with the things important to me. He holds me accountable and creates an atmosphere where I have felt seen. He really met me where I’m at and instead of forcing things helped me find the right path for myself. His hypnosis meditations are basically magic and have truly rewired me for success. I’ve started a new brick and mortar business under his mentorship, moved states, consistently getting clients and have recently been engaged and in a loving relationship! Highly recommend him and his services/course!

Luke is the best business and life coach I’ve had. We’ve been working on my issues with self-sabotage, anxiety, weight gain, and struggles starting my business. We've worked through these things with weekly meetings, group calls, and lots of learning on his Skool page. He's also helped me navigate finances and deciding what tasks to do to make the most money. I highly recommend his services!

To be honest, I was extremely skeptical of signing up with real coaching.

I had worked other business coaching groups in the past, and the results were ok at best.

After just 2 weeks working with Luke, the results were undeniably profound and tangible.

And after 2 months, the trajectory of my life and business has completely shifted into a much more desirable direction.

Goals I've been working on with minimal progress for years, have been achieved in a matter of weeks.

Leave your skepticism at the door, and be grateful you're reading this review.

Because you have found what you've been needing.

Working with Luke has completely changed how I see my own identity. He doesn't just coach you on business, he helps you find and remove the limiting beliefs that hold you back so you can step into a higher version of yourself. I keep realizing things about myself I honestly didn't think were possible.
The results are real too. I've saved up more money now than at any point in my 6 years as an entrepreneur, my routines and discipline are stronger than ever and a big part of that is thanks to Luke.
He is super dedicated to his clients, follows up on everything and actually cares about your progress. If you're ready to take your life to the next level I can't recommend him enough.

Luke is a phenomenal coach! I’ve been doing this self development thing for a while now but he really leads me to evolve quicker and process things at the speed of light. Quantum leaps feel so normal in his container. I’ve had great coaches before but none have been able to get me to implement and execute like I do now, and believe me that’s a huge thing for someone who only 2 years ago was debilitated by ADHD, mental health and chronic health issues, all things I still have but none of them feel as controlling over my life anymore. I feel more capable than ever, I can proudly say I have NO imposter syndrome now, and I have no doubt about becoming and being a high value person.
The NeuroElite program is so deep and jams packed with value, it’s a perfect mix of introspective work and action taking on life, soul, health and business. It feels truly unique and I have no regrets following my intuition to jump in with two feet, best decision ever!!

I first met Luke around 5 years ago and little did I imagine then that he would become my business coach. Fast forward to early 2025 and, being incredibly impressed by his own personal growth, I thought that I would like to have at least some of the improvement he had made.
I joined Luke's 121's and his group work in January 2025 and immediately identified and began working on my biggest issue, that I tried to do everything myself and it wasn't working and I was exhausted.
Over the following months I improved not only my business skills but my relationships and my health. I have incorporated good habits as second nature and I believe they are now part of a different and more positive me. I am a better, more positive and stronger person.
Luke does a huge amount of research and there is a lot of information he provides. He is also alert to your individual needs and you get a bespoke service. I have had other business coaches before and I found Luke to be the right combination of not letting me slip but also understanding when I did so and helping me get back on track.
If you choose to work with Luke he will take the work very seriously and help you make the personal changes to take you to a better level.

One of the most genuine Coaches I have worked with. Real life experience which makes his advice authentic! Luke has changed my life for the better in so many ways, not just business but health and relationships as well!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Luke. The amount of productivity he has helped me unlock and sheer confidence in my ability to deliver to my clients is unmatched. I can feel how much he cares each session. I also love that he is able to be both loving and ruthlessly honest simultaneously. Luke is a master at uncovering purpose and alignment.
