On commande un ensemble à 160€ qui est en stock on paye et rien ne vient 15 jours plus tard. Le vendeur me propose un remboursement de 1€ c est de moquer du monde magasin à éviter .ne plus acheter la se sont des mauvais vendeur

De website gaf op voorhand een vreemde niet wettelijke vermelding dat je geen retour kan doen als je korting hebt gekregen. Omdat ik ergens enkele centen korting had gekregen hield ik dus mijn hart vast voor het retourproces.

Gelukkig geen discussies en ik kon het item eenvoudig terugsturen. Na een drietal weken wachten even contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en een dag later werd de retour verwerkt en uitbetaald. Vlotte communicatie met Driss.
