This is my third purchase and can’t praise the products enough. In Costco I bought another duvet set and three more fitted sheets - they fit our mattress perfectly! Convinced another customer to buy some and even opened the package at the checkout to let someone feel the quality. Laura is an exceptional sales representative, so helpful and friendly.

I had no intentions of purchasing a mattress but after going into Costco in Chester and talking to the girl ( Laura?) from Luff she convinced me without any pushing whatsoever that this would be a great purchase for me .Shes was very knowledgeable about it and very helpful. I did make the purchase and my mattress arrived quickly and I’m very pleased with it , plus the 2 pillows and bamboo pillowcases . I wasn’t pressured into the sale and found her and the company very good to deal with .

I met Laura in Costco to view a new mattress and straight away I was struck by her knowledge and honesty.
There was no pressure just letting the product sell itself.
The mattress and service were to a very high standard.
The standout thing to me about the mattress is how it stays so breathable ( very impressive)
I can recommend this product.

I’ve been looking to buy a new mattress for months and after speaking to Laura about the Luff mattress at Costco, I ordered a super king prestige mattress. It arrived yesterday which was super quick delivery and it was delivered to my room. I was expecting to take a couple of weeks to get used to it but ended up having a great nights sleep and my husband didn’t want to get out of bed this morning he was so comfortable. Really pleased with my purchase and such a great price too. I also bought the Luff satin pillowcases which Laura recommended for coolness and they are so lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top quality mattress.

After listening to her and trying out a mattress I decided to buy one Laura was very helpful and polite and has even checked upon me too see if everything is OK with me and the mattress i am very happy with the mattress.

I bought a pillow from these guys as I am trying to get rid of all polyester items and I want natural, as I have fibro and arthritis a great night's sleep to me is a must so I can function during the day without much pain, the one I bought was the bamboo honeycomb as its rated for cooling as well, unfortunately for me after about 5 days I was not getting on with it and my pain was unbearable so I decided to send it back, I had an email from the lovely Ceri, she asked about exchanging the pillow with a different one, I had a good look through them and decided on the Prestige Adjustable, I asked if there was any polyester in it and Ceri assured me there wasn't and it's dispatching tomorrow and they're collecting the other from me aswell, I honestly have never received customer service like this, Ceri was lovely and I can't thank her enough.

Edit so I received an email from Ceri saying in fact there was 40% polyester in the pillow, so, I decided to have a refund, unfortunately I would have to take pillow to a post office and pay to send it back, as I'm disabled getting out can be difficult for me so I've given the pillow away, £36 down, quite disappointing. So, I'm taking a star away.

Had aches every day after sleeping on mattress from another company. Was looking for a new one and discovered Luff. Sleep better now and no more aches when I wake up.

We met Laura from Luff in Costco and her friendly, caring approach drew us in! No pushy sales talk, in fact we went away to think about it and returned a few weeks later. Laura went above & beyond to make sure the fabric & colour as well as the mattress were what we wanted. Can't speak highly enough of Laura or Ceri at head office who helped with delivery logistics due to our pending house move. Haven't actually slept on the bed as we're still unpacking but mattress feels good quality.

Recently received my paradise pillows. Having had a good test on them in Costco Chester a few weeks back I already kind of knew what to expect, but they have just completed my new sleep experience. Along with my new Luff king firm mattress, the paradise pillows accompanied by the Luff bamboo silk pillow cases, it is now even more of a joy to go to bed.

Great support for my neck and back and general well being. I do a lot of exercise so really wanted to invest in my ‘recovery’ and the Luff products have not disappointed.

Laura was once again very clear and concise in her presentation and a pleasure to deal with.

We have had a horrible experience with a well known high street bed store over the past 12 months. We purchased three mattresses in total. The first was a soft which completely gave out after the 40 night guarantee. We then tried the medium the same happened again then we purchased the firm, which was horrendously uncomfortable. After months of dreading bedtime because of not sleeping well and developing back and hip issues we visited Costco, Laura was so helpful, explained all of the options available without being pushy. We were already Luff pillow users but didn’t realise Luff did mattresses. We purchased the Luff king size medium mattress. We are now three weeks in and I’ve had the most amazing sleep. My backaches and hip pains have vanished. I now look forward to bedtime, it’s nice to actually wake up feeling refreshed and rested. I would now only ever buy a Luff mattress and it’s great knowing we have that peace of mind of the 200 night sleep guarantee. Thanks again Laura and the team at Luff.

We recently purchased a Luff mattress from Costco and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Delivery was prompt, right on time, and the mattress arrived very well packaged.
It came shrink-wrapped and rolled, which really surprised me, but once opened it expanded quickly and took its full shape in no time.

We went for the firm option and absolutely love it. It’s extremely comfortable, offers great support, has no roll-together, keeps its shape brilliantly, and has genuinely transformed our sleep.

We also bought the Luff Bamboo Honeycomb pillows, and they’re fantastic. They’re incredibly comfortable and we really like that they have both a cool side and a warm side — perfect for switching through the night depending on how you feel.

Overall, outstanding quality and great value. We’re sleeping better than ever! Highly recommended.

Laura recommended the honeycomb pillow and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made!
It’s perfect for night sweats and it feels so lush. Also the silk pillowcases are a must if you’re buying a good quality pillow.

I am very fussy about the pillows I use due to comfort issues, but I am pleased to report we bought two fabulous honecomb pillows.
They are surperb.
Really very very good.
They dont go flat but keep their comfortable shape.

We were due this week to revisit Laura, in store, to place an order for a mattress, but a personal injury has prevented us from doing so.

I bought a pillow last year, and I've had really good night's sleep ever since. I'm a side sleeper, and normal pillows made me wake up with a stiff neck every morning. I also purchased the pillow cases. The cases are soft, cool, helping to give a good nights sleep. My hair seems so much softer and silkier than it usually was. I've just purchased another pair of the pillowcases. Thank you Luff.

Truly amazing company with incredibly efficient and friendly 'bend over backwards to help' customer service. We actually didn’t end up keeping the mattress from Luff, we couldn’t find the right one for us. However, we have found the customer service to be excellent! Extremely helpful on the phone, spoke to a human in England. Kerry was fantastic! The delivery team were great, quick and kept us informed of delivery dates and times.
When we did need a refund (bought through Costco) Luff were happy to help and quickly refunded with no fuss. Thank you Luff
