I was expecting an order to be shipped on a certain date that was given but I didn’t hear anything after that date had passed so I emailed customer service, they were very quick to get back to me on the issue and offered several acceptable solutions. I have ordered from this company before and absolutely love them and their merchandise.

I had a question about the date my dress was shipping - when I ordered the dress it was supposed to ship on April 8th, so when it didn't by April 10th I reached out to ask an for an update. They replied very quickly, and my dress was shipped promptly after. Even though it didn't come as expected, I understand that issues will always arise, and this specific issue was solved very well.

Even when there are occasional delays (like with made-to-order items), they stay on top of it, communicate well, and really make an effort to make things right♥️

The experience was good because when my dresses arrived in the mail, they looked similar to those on the website, and the quality was better than I expected. I ordered a satin dress, and I expected the quality to be lower, but it was actually comfortable on the skin. Aso, when I was having trouble with the return label, customer service was on point and provided me the return label with proficency.
