I play here quite a bit and, like anywhere, I’ve had my ups and downs. Overall, the customer service has been helpful. Gabriela, in particular, has always been prompt and professional when assisting me, and I really appreciate her responsiveness.
The only downside I’ve experienced is that redemption time frames can vary. The inconsistency can be a bit frustrating at times, especially as a high-limit player. That said, my overall experience has been positive.
As a high-limit player, I would still recommend Lucky Slots.
