TOTAL SCAM! claims not to have all the silly over the top compliance checks, which is a total lie...as if you want a payout you'd have better luck panning for gold in your local building site port-a-loo! So many clauses and conditions, which feel like outright, obvious scams in their own right..all of which mean you can't even get your own money out! there is a fee for withdrawls, if you win any bonuses, you have to spend ('wager') as much as you've won in order to be able to withdraw it, which essentially means you have to win twice if you think about it. Avoid if you value your money...

Very much a scam, don't honour offers, request you to deposit more. Don't pay out any bonus winnings unless you lose all own cash. Won't withdrawal less than£20 so you have to deposit more to withdrawl. God knows if I'll ever see any of that cash again

Hi guys, like the following reviews below theee guys are scammers. Small print on term and conditions been smaller and unclear on this site. Amy free bets bonuses you may be entitled to you have to jump through many hoops. When you think you've qualified and due free bet or bonuses think again and you will no doubt have missed something. Live chat and emails take forever to get response. During live chat I was reminded multiple times I was a valued customer and still received nothing. I was informed they would put promos back in place for me yo be ripped off again im sure. Account closed and never again. Hope this saves someone on future from falling into same trap.

I signed up deposited £10 no problem. I had my first big win of £220. Which I withdraw and it went in my bank instantly. I’ve deposited since then and I haven’t won a penny. It’s very unfair and doesn’t pay out like any other sites. Avoid!! You’re just wasting your money

I don’t know how this one slipped through the cracks for me, I usually don’t use casinos with bad reviews.
Initially, play at this casino went well. That’s until I actually won money. Over $1400 just by chance on some really good free spins with great multipliers. When I won this money, I was still playing bonus money as there was still a wager attached. I continued play until I had the wager paid, upon completion my balance was over $800. At this time, Lucky Mate applied another wager because my winnings occurred inside a bonus session, even though I’d played the full wager that was applied to the original bonus. Now they had a 45x wager of over $36,000 AUD!! When I queried this, the support staff were vague and used complicated methods to try and explain, but it really didn’t make sense. Basically they said I didn’t earn the $841 as cash - I earned it as bonus winnings (because I was still in bonus play) so a wager applies. This is a very sneaky tactic, and ultimately it means that the house almost always wins. Their explanation lives in multiple clauses across different bonus T&C’s and support staff usually don’t understand the back-end logic…. SO, if you are considering using this casino…DON’T!!! The disappointment of thinking you have won a large amount, only to have the casino change the goal posts whenever you do win, is very disheartening. Let me save you from the stress.

Anybody who is genuine and non bonus but just straight players you should get paid now. I know where they are and i frightened the life out of them as i have agents in Malta and the Customs and excise were gonna raid them next week.
I told them all this and got paid my money half hour ago. I told them i had given them a break and got the VAT to call of next weeks raid. Firstly of course I understand that online casino's are licensed and therefore have to perform KYC unfortunately less scrupulous providers will use this simply as a " tactic " to delay withdrawals and I very much fear this is the case with Luckymate and reading previous reviews that certainly appears to be the case.

I deposited £ 300 and tried to withdraw £ 700 - so far I have given them - copy of the Apple Pay transaction , front / back of my card / my driving licence / my passport / my latest tax return and a PDF of my latest bank statement !! They are now asking for a copy of my bank statement showing the deposit - I have sent the screenshot but like I assume most people I get my bank statements monthly ?

There really are a host of other Gambling providers who after simple KYC - ID / copy of card with process withdrawal SAME day.

Why does this provider make it so hard ? Have they not got the funds / is it a scam ??

In the meantime I will update here if I ever get my withdrawal and will also contact the Gambling Commission to explain my findings and I would STRONGLY advise others to do the same.

Bonus are good and fast withdrawals

I have played so many different online casinos with mixed success. I was going to review this platform very favourably because it was very easy to navigate and I happened to win on roulette, energy coin and cashian gold. I have just submitted my withdraw request to my bank account and then I saw all these negative reviews about the withdraw process so we shall see and I will update when/if I receive my money.

I do love that they let you play some of the games on demo to see if you would like it. I am not a big pokies fan, I tend to stick to roulette but the coin energy was super fun, especially when you get the bonus.
