I must say it took a month but you have to be patient. I got my winnings in my bank account on Monday. It took a month but they do send it. They do not scam. Nobody they don't take your winnings. They do pay out. It just takes a little time and patience so please people give them a chance. They really are honest

I submitted a request in May for 100.00 that I won. They would not answer my emails. I found a site called casino guru where you can search for lucky legends and file A complaint. I got 11.00 today in Paypal, not the 100.00 I won. They suck!

Lucky Legend is a rip off. I won 1,800 and the casino didn't pay me a dime. If you hit on the casino machine, why can't you received your winning. I won over $1300 and they still have not paid me. I’ve text them. I’ve emailed them and they will not respond. I think they’re a rip off casino stay away from Lucky Legends Casino. They gladly take your money to gamble, but when you win, they will not pay you seriously do not have anything to do with them bad news. I think maybe they’re going bankrupt feels like a company going bankrupt. They won’t pay out so I think everybody is screwed over. It is unfortunate.

I love playing the games and I have been able to redeem winnings in the past but now I am not able to redeem. It has blocked me from verifying my id. I tried sending different forms of identification, but now I am blocked and I have sent several emails to try to resolve this and have not been able to get through to anyone !! The email comes back with an error stating full!!!

I won $66 and I redeemed it then they gave me an email verifying and then that was it and they have not paid me since June 6 and I messaged them screenshot them all the proof and I have not heard anything

Not impossible to win, HOWEVER it is impossible to cash out. Don't even bother unless your going to use coinbase to cash out for 1. 2nd expect to wait a month at the least if you try to cash out with crypto. They say "Fast withdrawals" and faster with crypto....guess that all depends on what your definition of fast is. Personally fast to me means an hour, maybe 24 hours depending on the circumstances.
