I have seen complaints since i started playing their games but i never had real issue..when you win and you wait for the redemptions to be viewed and released times very from ten mins to days and the longer it takes the more weary i get to not invest any more money. When you send a message on the game through chat they never respond..then the emails never respond until today saying the email address is for tech issues only..well why on the email from their company is the email address saying send them email for nay further concerns. I love the games but customers need to be treated with the respect of communication at the least

If I could give this casino zero stars, I absolutely would they are a joke. As soon as you hit your play through bonus criteria, it just takes. all the money you thought you won back and call it a bonus coupon reversal I had over $1000 they took 900 and said that it was a none withdrawal amount it’s infuriating and disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. But hit a Major Jackpot for $18,000 and ran it up to $20,000 Aug 18th 2024. After all of the documents and providing ALL the required information. Still no pay out. My account has 6 pending withdrawals @ $2500 and 2 approved, and waiting to be wire transferred to my bank since Sep 18 and Oct 4th 2024. Still no payments.Next step will be to dispute the issue, and tomorrow will be 56 days since required withdrawal, and per T&C's a max of 60 days to file. I'll update as time advances.

Still have not received any of the winnings at Lucky Legends Casino. Continue to email the VIP representative, but now he will no longer be able to provide updates or status. Suggested I call the help line or 24hr live chat. It's still a SCAM and do not pay out winnings. The marketing on social media sites are 100% false and misleading.

Received one of the seven $2500 withdrawal request with six more $2500 request pending. The Live Chat states they've released the next $2500 to wire transfer and will be 3-5 days to hit my bank. That was 7 days ago. The Live agent states "rest assured you received all of the approved winning in your account". Not sure how long this process will take, but, I'll keep you updated.
A quick review, Aug 18, 2024 I won an $18,000 jackpot and began a withdrawal for ALL $18k. It's now Nov 14, 2024 and just received the first $2500 payout with 6 to go.

I won $2500 Aug 30 and it took then until 10/4 to pay. I had to email them 10x and go on the live chat and verify my info 3 different times to finally get paid. I won't risk another dime playing there again. If they owe you money, just keep pestering them until they pay.
