Kept getting emails so thought I’d try it, got over £1000 On a game. The site stated withdrawals are 24-48 hours so requested my withdrawal, account was verified quickly! This was Jan 30th and still no money! The time frames changed to 7-21 days, then business days I’m now on day 22 of business days and no progress! The chat just copy and pastes responses regardless of what you say. I’ve now been told as long as there’s no foul play on my part the money will be processed. The chat agent promises to speed up the process which is a lie as a specialist came on chat and said they can’t do that! When I asked if they were a bot they said I wounded them 🙄 all in all would not recommend! Will update if I ever get my funds, apparently they are super busy and delayed…

If I could give this company zero stars then I would.
I recently won in excess of £180 for the game to crash and say my session has expired.
I contacted customer services with photo proof of and video proof and nearly 24hrs later I have heard nothing.

One of the worst Online casinos , you literally have to beg them to pay out your money. Once I won 900£ their policy says it 3-5 working days for a withdrawal , waited two weeks before contacting them , and all of a sudden it’s 30 days to pay out , tbf at the end I did get my money but all the hustle. And win rate is shit too , 🫡😀 Can’t set up limits either, minimum withdrawal is 80£ , customer service is disabled now too. Don’t gamble here scam, scam, scam!!

So I made my 890 euro withrawal last Aug.25 and so far Im still hoping to get it from this scam casino. I want to report this illegal casino. Can someone know the process please let me know. We need to stop this scammer casino to operate online especially here in the netherlands.

They say 7/21 days to process withdrawals but they just talk shit about high volume of processing transactions

As I habe to select a star rating or otherwise it would be zero stars, been waiting since April.for payout nothing, I have went on the chat everyday and as soon as.you demand and explanation or ask for Ceo details, call them.scammers or really any form of negativity they close the chat. I was hoping they would be fed up of me but instead they keep telling me the same crap over and over again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE, PURE SCAM ARTISIT

Yep, actual scam, even followed all the rules in the terms and conditions to make sure and still nothing. They can't keep doing it. Waiting over the 21 working days thing they make up, and still nothing.

Can confirm, they do take away the chat option if you do try and find out why they won't pay you your winnings. During chat they don't answer your questions just copy and paste same things over and over.

UPDATE: Still nothing but my live chat option is back. Asked them again, same copied and pasted stuff responses. Asked them to reply to my email and then they just closed the chat. 08/06. Anyone knows what to do please get in touch.

28/06 - still nothing, logged on to check for update, same copied and pasted nonsense. Horrible people.

Read reviews n was generally worried i must admit have waited a week for payout n had send documentation but money is finally in my account so is some hope this site 3 stars due to a wrrk 4 payout other than that good site

Same as previous. I've no idea if they are legitimate. I honestly thought they were UK based. Deposited fine. Won some money. Withdrawal time. BOOM. So they ask for unbelievable amounts of info. International swift numbers. Passports. They ask for photos. Videos. The list goes on. Eventually you 'withdraw'. Except you don't its now 'pending'. Ring the number. Nothing. Online form. No response. 3 days pass. No funds. Email them. Get a tardy response saying their 'internal processes'. These take upto 21 days. Now those are 21 working days as weekends don't count, so they say they reserve the right to refund your winnings after a full calendar month. Absolute utter sham

Avoid at all cost took money out off my account but took another payment out won’t give me it back try contacting them and they don’t reply wised id looked at reviews before hand avoid at all cost

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! deposits go through fine but when you finally have enough to withdraw it gets ‘accepted’ but nothing happens, live chat are very unprofessional and despite the website saying they are ‘skilled’ and can help with any query, all they do is say they cannot view account and to send an email - guess what? The emails go unanswered.

For one I never entered any draw, secondly I'm not even registered on their site and most of all Katie needs held accountable. I'll be reporting this site under the gambling commission rules. All they're trying to do is entice people to join their site which they aren't allowed to do by law. I hope others don't fall victim to these fraudsters.
