okay so i joined lucky bunny like three weeks ago and at first it felt really fresh and fun
the slots are cute and i like the theme but i keep getting these tiny wins even when i play for hours
idk if the rtp changed or what but it’s just not hitting like it did in the beginning

Poor platform

Put money on platform when tried to redeem winnings, I was told that it was denied because of rule violation, and then I was told that I had more than one account which I do not. I have only created one account. And I was told that my account has been closed and I am no longer allowed to play on the platform. If this was even a situation then it should have been cut off before. Even being allowed to add money to it, I would not recommend this casino.

the referral program Leaves alot to be desired, I have invited 5 people so far 2 have wadgered 1300 or so in 2-3 days & I finally get the "rewards available" notice in the app, click claim & it says I need 100sc to redeem it , so 5 referrals- that is absolutely ridiculous and a horrible business model, it's not worth the time & effort just to have it "locked" until it reaches 100sc

Nothing but good honestly…

It's okay, but could be better

I’ve been on Lucky Bunny for a few weeks now. The games themselves are pretty good and I like the layout.
My issue is that the site feels less generous than when I first started.
Rewards and wins just aren’t coming like they used to.
Still a decent platform so I’m keeping it at 3 stars until things feel better again.

Laughable playthrough requirements

(Updated to their reply: I already just wasted the money and called it quits, the welcome back would have to be useful… not 2-10SC or 10 fee spin useless stuff, otherwise nah, I already wasted hundreds, you’re not gonna remotely match half of that even, also are you saying that currently it’s NOT player oriented?) just stop playing games with people. I actually give it no stars! Everything was good. I redeemed a few times with no problems and very fast on redemptions. I had a redemption pending for a few days so last night I used their chat and asked why my redemption had been pending for a while. The person on the other end of the chat said they would check and let me know. This morning I get an email saying that my account was locked and it would be deleted and the money I had won would be taken away. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a great start. Failure to launch

Sign up was easy but they won’t allow you to get the sign up bonus until you verify. They use Jumio, who I have an account with and have used in dozens of other sites with actual ease, suddenly here I’m not. My account WAS showing “photos poor quality” reverify. I went to customer support, they did respond immediately I’ll give them that, they’re Johnny in the spot with the preset KYC chat button and everything. I admit I was being a little terse because I think I smell something fishy, nothing over the top though. They remained polite and friendly. I made it clear that I’ve seen this sort of thing before. After “looking into it” they told me my photos “are under review” contradicting what my account previously said.
I just checked my account to get the exact wording and wouldn’t you know, the damnedest thing happened. It done changed to “under review” ah shucks I wonder how that happened, Mickey? They must think we’re Goofy.

If my verification goes through I’m gonna risk the money for the first offer because it is sweet. I’ll update after, hopefully I get to try and redeem
