This is pretty sad. This isn't a legit company. They basically shut my account down for...

It is expressly forbidden to stack promotional coins in any way. Coins should be played immediately upon receipt and must be used within 24 hours of receipt. Any player found to be stacking coins to grow their balance will have their account closed and no outstanding redemption requests honored.
Minimum Redemption: 20 Sweepstakes Coins (gift cards, when available) / 100 Sweepstakes Coins (cash). The stacking of promotional coin packages (buying packages whilst already having a sufficient balance with which to play) in order to (at their discretion, I just started playing as a new user)..reach this minimum amount is expressly forbidden, and will result in all activity being void and the account closed with no refunds or redemptions being processed. (What!?) You can't win and get paid out. But you can lose.

The terms they used to shut down my account make absolutely no sense in the context of normal use. Yes, I signed in and collected the daily coins — that’s the entire point of a daily reward system, and nothing warns you that accepting the daily bonus might get your account closed. I didn’t “stack” anything; I claimed the daily when it appeared, played like any other user, bought a promotion, redeemed legitimately, bought again later, and ended up losing everything. There was never a balance anywhere near the minimum cash-out requirement, and I wasn’t saving or combining bonuses in any way. Their own system allowed every purchase and every redemption until they suddenly decided to void my account under vague terms that don’t even apply to what I did. If collecting a daily bonus and playing normally is enough to get you flagged, then the rules aren’t meant to protect fairness — they’re meant to give the company a reason to shut down accounts whenever they want. Legit sweepstakes casinos don’t punish players for using the features they provide, and the fact that this one does speaks for itself.

If a sweeps casino has to shut down accounts for completely normal play, they probably shouldn’t be operating at all. I collected the daily like anyone would, played through promotions exactly as intended, went to redeem. It didnt redeem for aome time, bought again, lost it, and had everything voided, and even lost everything on my 2nd purchases pack they advertised to me— yet they still closed my account under vague rules that don’t apply to what I did. If they can’t run a fair system without deleting accounts for basic use, that says everything about the platform.

Stacking coins(purchases and daily) to grow your balance is against TOS. So you might as well not even play...

Use another casino

Use another casino. They have this random rule about "stacking" promotions so that they won't pay you out if you are below the $100 threshold and have to buy more GC. If you do buy more GC, they'll take all your money. The support is terrible, and literally any other casino will pay you out more reliably than these folks.

UPDATE: I did not bonus stack they are simply lying to not pay me. Once again I have been using sweeps casinos for months and I’m profiting, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Notice how terrible their reviews are and they continue to steal money. They forfeited my $100.09 win because I "bonus stacked" lol I find that funny considering they allowed me to buy more SC so that’s completely on their site and has nothing to do with me. So many other good sites don’t do things like this, SpinBlitz, Mcluck, HelloMillions all amazing sites that give great deals and allow you to purchase as many bonuses as you want per day if they’re available. I have hit for thousands on those sites and that’s why they make money and run successfully. This site won’t last just all like the other bum sites scamming people, avoid this place like the plague.

Redemption delay

I requested my redemption on 11/13 and still haven’t received it. On the website it says it takes 2-5 business days but every time I reach out, I just get told everything is in order, it’s going to be processed soon…

Update - I was now told by customer service that it takes 10 business days which is different from the timeframe provided on the website… I will update the review once I receive the redemption.

Redemption

As of today I submitted a redemption for 1100 one for 2000 and one for 1400 on the 1st and I still have yet to get them in my account. They dont pay they steal your money. This is the worst casino I have ever been to. I literally play hundreds of casinos and I have never seen one take this long I am fully verified been verified and they refuse to send me my money. Predatory casino with made up “stacking” rule

Turned my original deposit into $90, played everything through, then bought a $10 package and kept playing. A week later they canceled my withdrawal and closed my account for “stacking.” Never once saw or was warned about that rule. Apparently if you buy another package before hitting zero balance, they keep your winnings and refund only deposits. Not sure how anyone’s supposed to redeem unless you hit it big or deposit a large amount. Seems like if I had lost they more than willingly would have taken my money but because I won I was wrongly punished.

Not the worst sweeps casino out there!

Played a little on here. not much as cards have had issues here pretty regularly both for buying and redeeming. Was just banned and will post the ban message here.

Not sure whether a small balance I had not played (one sale life happens) or a returned redemption being added back to balance was the cause. Either way not great taking someone's winnings. I am giving 3 stars since purchases were refunded so this site at least is not a complete scam, but still was stiffed some money as my winnings were more than purchases.

Edit: Upon further reflection situation was handled relatively fairly all things considered, still not a place I would recommend playing on though. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars.

Patience is key

Patience is key! I originally gave this a 1 star due to my redemptions taking 10 business days to be deposited. But after so many back and forths with support, I finally received them! Ive seen alot of comments and reviews about this being a scam, dont play, etc... Not the case. They do payout! Takes a long time but they pay. Support has always been available for me. Still a three star for how long it takes to redeem. If the get faster, I would definitely give it another star!

Worst platform ever

Worst platform ever! Verification process takes forever along with redemptions! Lack of response from their finance team and you do not receive any updates regarding redemptions etc. Still waiting for over 16+ days and keep being told to be patient. There is no way to track your redemptions and customer service gets all pissy when you ask about your redemption status. They false advertise to draw you in but does not pay out in a timely matter. Would not recommend!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!

I have to update my last review . Lucky.me must’ve had issues in the past or they cut off redemption until they made enough money to pay people. Either way they finally paid me. It took 2 weeks so they keep their word and showed that they will pay . Thy need to update thei games and get a bigger variety but they do pay as of yesterday

I wish I had come here first

I wish I had come here first. August 26th, I logged in, clicked on redeem somehow and started to verify my account. There was no message about a technical problem with their payment processor at that time. BUT AS SOON AS I PAID FOR A PACKAGE, all the sudden there was. I had won over $100 pretty quickly. Hit redeem, and there was the message, of the technical error with their payment processor. Glad I only spent S10 at this place. Hopefully my information is somehow safe!! I do not trust them.

As everyone else said, THEY DON’T PAY. as soon as you redeem they give you this message: DUE TO A TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH OUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR REDEMPTIONS ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
What a coincidence all players trying to redeem can’t, but your balance is just gone.
