Nous avons bien entendu contacté GLS, qui nous informe que votre colis est prêt à être retiré dans un relais colis depuis le 12 décembre et que vous avez reçu un email à ce sujet. Pouvez-vous essayer de vérifier votre courrier également sous la rubrique spam.
GLS au Danemark attend une réponse de la France dans quel magasin de colis se trouve le colis et nous vous enverrons ensuite un e-mail avec plus d'informations.
Nous espérons que vous envisagerez de modifier votre recommandation concernant notre service, car le colis manquant n'attire notre attention que maintenant.
