I ordered Easter gifts for my granddaughters and when they arrived, despite measuring, they appeared too small. I began a return immediately and ask for the new bracelets to be mailed directly to them in order for them to arrive for Easter. I have now sent 4 emails since Friday w/o reply as to where we are in this process and where they are being mailed. My answers always come after 5 pm when I am not looking at my emails and on into the night. I am very very frustrated at the lack of ability to reach someone and have it be timely. I will not use this company in the future.

Bought a bracelet for my wife’s birthday. It tarnished after a couple weeks and my wife couldn’t clean it. I sent it back (at my expense) as instructed and was told I’d receive a refund 3-5 business days after they received it. I confirmed that it was delivered on 3/3 and it’s now 3/19 with no refund or communication!

Very disappointed.. I’ve been buying from Luca and Danni for a few years but I’m very disappointed this time. The stretch bracelet I got my daughter came and was so stretched out as if someone had already wore it. I emailed customer service which is a joke because they take their time responding back to you. I’m returning the bracelet and I’m done with Luca and Danni. Think before you buy!

So dissapointed! I ordered items for Mother’s Day and the gift I got for my mom broke a month later. I reached out to customer service and they said they’d offer a replacement. It was out of stock but would be backing two weeks…it’s been months and after reaching out again saying the product is showing in stock on the web site they said it’s still out of stock. I’ve reached out again but haven’t heard a response and will be contacting my credit card company if it’s not resolved this week.

Absolutely bad service! #1 - I don't even think they are in the USA. There is NO Customer Service phone number...#2 - They only answer you by email AFTER 6:00 pm. Ordered a bracelet, rec'd it and it was horrible looking. they said I could send it back and the minute they rec'd the tracking # they would process my replacement - Didn't happen! Now it is Dec 23rd and my office gift is still not here! Just want to add that it is now 12/31 and still no bracelet!

I have ordered several times over the last 4 or 5 years and never experienced a problem that is until now. I have contacted them through email several times and never a response. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a update so I can track my package or at least try to get some kind of idea when it will arrive. I ordered over $100 in merchandise that was supposed to be for Christmas. I ordered before the last date to arrive in time for Christmas and I am still waiting. Customer service is a joke if you need to find out anything. I would love to have my merchandise but if not then they need to send a refund.

I ordered a bracelet from Luca + Danni on September 28th and it never arrived. I have contacted their support multiple times over nearly two months, but all I received were repeated templated responses with no actual updates or action.

I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card just to try to get my $45 refunded. The lack of communication, delays, and generic responses have been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and will never order from them again.

Blown away by the quality of this bracelet. It's solid, has a good weight to it and the engraving is deep and clear. Took about 9 days to get down under, which is pretty standard. My mate even asked if it was from Tiffany's! Cheers!

I am literally obsessed with this necklace! The pendant is even more beautiful in person and the chain is so sturdy. I've worn it every day for two weeks in the shower and it still looks brand new, no tarnishing! Shipped super fast from overseas, got it in like 8 days. 10/10
