Customer service and keyboard are great!
When I initially bought my NB1041 and I thought it was broken, the customer support was very patient and understanding with me. I can only say good things about them when my keyboard began to work and it was simply user error. Hot swapping was so easy and the downloadable software is a great addition!

Great Customer Service
I requested information about an item is seen go out of stock. Support was responsive and let me know when they expected the item return to be able to purchase. Then when it was restocked, they let me know right away. Great customer service!
