stay well clear for these crooks
terrible, made a enquiry about car finance claim and even though i told them i do not want them to claim on my behalf they started the claim with Toyota finance, Toyota tell me they can now not accept my claim as this company have proceeded with claiming on my behalf, LST have not responded to emails asking for a explanation, what they have done boarder on illegal

I really can't give more right now
I really can't give more right now. On their email updates they have asked for a review however , as they have not completed what I contacted them for , it's hard to give more than 2 star.
I first contacted them in November and it's now February. I got a first generic email today from a mo rely mailbox so I honestly have no idea how my claim is progressing.
I resigned that I probably won't get anything but as it's no win no fee at least I won't be lumped with a bill. Sp they gained a star for this.
I am more than happy to edit my review upon better communication and a positive outcome 🤞🏽

So if your claim is £950 they will take…
So if your claim is £950 they will take £504 with is more then 50%. This is scum as hell. I will understand like 20% or 25% but not more then 50%.

Our work is carried out strictly on a No Win, No Fee basis, meaning you won’t pay anything unless your claim is successful, as long as you comply with the terms of our agreement. If it is, a fixed percentage of the compensation is taken as our fee. This amounts to 30% + VAT and expenses, not more than 50%.

No update on the status of my claim since 11th September 2025, no great options for contacting to get a status update either. As a result I have no idea where my claim is at.

Easy to set up which was good however…
Easy to set up which was good however put a claim in last year with not one update. I’ve then tried finding my existing claim with LST and can’t find anywhere. No contact details to get hold of customer service which is poor.
