I know that I'm getting good quality with LSA in any item I purchase. The metropolitan range is classic but modern and crisp design from the water tumblers to the champagne saucers. The delivery was quick and everything came in packaging that was protecting the glasses.

I’ve been trying to reach LSA International for over a week regarding a replacement part for a cake dome and have received no response to multiple emails.

I simply need a replacement leather disc piece that secures the toggle on the glass dome of the cake tray. It seems like a small customer service issue that should be straightforward to resolve, but the lack of communication has been disappointing.

I’m hoping this review prompts someone from the company to respond and help resolve the issue.

Goods needed to resent due to incorrect delivery this then involved seven further delivery attempts and even then the goods were dropped off at a sawmill 1 mile from correct address

It was nice to receive such beautiful items packaged so expertly. Finally, a company that cares so much about delivering their products. Really white glove!

I received 2 vases; one had a damage. I printed the return label and send back the damaged vase with all requested paperwork. I begin getting emails to photograph the vase I had already sent back (LSA has photos of the order). I provided the order #. LSA has the vase and I just want my refund credited back to my Credit card.
