I am waiting for a refund as I never agreed to become a member... it was advertised as a €2 payment and nearly €50 was deducted by the above.
I was asked to review to get my refund.

Total fraude!!!! They charge your credit card without your consent.

Now they ask for more personal information to be able to reflect. But it happened to my girlfriend's creditcard. They still did not pay back everything. No way that they will receive more personal info. Scum they are!

They are advertising Lancome Advent Calendars on Facebook. I am a fond Lancome user. It seems to be a scam as it redirects you to another payment platform to complete your payment details again. Not sure if this is legit and if it's just another scam going around.

The company is very good even though I didn't experienced much but will like to redo my membership in the future again

Je n'ai jamais demandé d'adhérer à votre site. En effet j'ai fait un paiement sur Facebook pour un jeu et c'est vous qui m'avez prélevée. Vous m'aviez dit que vous aviez déjà procédé à mon remboursement et maintenant vous me dîtes dans votre dernier mail que je dois répondre à une enquête de satisfaction pour le remboursement soit fait. Je vais porter plainte pour fraude si vous ne me remboursez pas sous 5 jours.
