It was an overall excellent experience with everyone at low.ie - Customer service was next to none with the team dealing with any query we had in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Course I still believe they should be offering an even better rate based on people taking a fitness test.

Unfortunately we have no control over the life companies and rates based on fitness tests has not happened in Ireland yet. Also the life companies view your cover over the longer term and their actuaries take a view so even if one is fit now ..if one's policy is for 20 years they gauge that over that period one's fitness will deteriorate as typically as we age our health gets worse rather than better. Absolutely great experience from start to the end. I got the best deal for my mortgage insurance after looking at different quotes from other brokers. Customer service is top and their online application process is very easy and efficient. I will definitely use their service in future and would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best price and a great service.
