Lovepop has failed me twice, both times for my anniversary! They have failed to deliver the personalized message I wrote out for my girlfriend. It makes me look like a cheep fool. I am disgusted with how the customer service has treated me calling me a lier and I will never use them again.

I had a missing part of my order and when I contacted customer service, they were on it immediately and had the missing piece shipped almost immediately!!!
Great customer service like that is what makes customers come back to buy more!! Thank you LovePop!!!!

Original order lost in mail and never received. Love pop Happiness Team responded to request for assistance. After a few communications a replacement order was processed with tracking number. Order received as promised. As. Thank you for patience on delayed order, a personal discount above any other site wide discount was provided for next order.

My card never got delivered so they sent another one at no charge. I think that is great customer service.

Had a hiccups in getting my card on time but they reimbursed the shipping on the card besides that cards are beautiful and not your normal boring cards from the store. Highly recommend

I mistakingly put an incorrect address on my order, discovered after reaching my city. Lovepop customer service handled it and corrected my issue quickly. Additionally, the cards and products are great and those I gift too … love them.

My greeting card was received surprisingly with postage due. I wrote to customer service about the problem and had a reply back within 12 hours promising a refund to my account. I really appreciated the prompt and satisfactory resolution.

I have a Stash Pass subscription which is delivered to my PO Box but I also ordered the special 3 pack Favorites Bouquet of artistic flowers which I had sent to my house. I've been busy and forgot to pick up my PO Box order immediately. Lovepop sent me a message reminding me to pick it up!. I sent one of the LovePop Bouquets a friend and it arrived the morning her relative had passed. My friend left a voice mail how beautiful the card was and the sentiment i wrote with scripture. All timed exactly as needed...like a big hug. Priceless.

Customer Service went out of their way to check my problem and then offered a few solutions, one of which was perfect for me! I will definitely continue to order from them- very high quality products that everyone loves!!

Not only are the products exceptional quality, but the customer service is too. I was pleased to be a stash cash member on auto renewal. Hard to resist ordering with free shipping and loads of new cards every month. Eventually, I found myself with a nice inventory of beautiful cards. So I decided to cancel the membership. I received the nicest message from a member of Lovepops Happiness Team and an immediate refund. Also want to commend the excellent personalization service. I ordered 2 special cards that way, mailed directly to the recipient. They were in awe!

Lovepop's online ordering system is not intuitive. I am a grandparent wanting send cards to my grandchildren's address but billed to my credit card at my address. I am the contact! It never fails that Lovepop takes the grandchild's name and address as the default payment.

Meanwhile, I'm getting all sorts of pop-ups about discounts for ordering five cards at once and it's hard to clear the grandchild's info and enter my own. Often it shows that I have ordered two of the same item and I must clear that out. Then I have to get a code that is emailed to me to finalize my order.

I'm willing to pay the outrageously expensive prices for cards that are way smaller in reality than they are in the pictures, but I am no longer willing to battle their ordering system for something that is way more difficult than any other vendors I deal with.

LOVE Lovepop cards!!! Their customer service is fantastic, too!
