Edit: The parcel was found by the customer. It had been placed in their green bin. This is definitively not the delivery experience we want for our customers and took immediate steps to avoid any repeats in the future.

We’ve checked the tracking, and it shows the parcel was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, orders shipped in mid-December were affected by exceptionally high Christmas delivery volumes, which led to delays outside of our control.
