I bought a jewellery box from them and then having read these negative reviews, decided to cancel the order. I emailed them within the 12 hour frame advertised and received no reply. I just got an email saying they've shipped it despite me emailing to cancel it. Appalling customer service. I also just went on Amazon and found the same jewellery box for £10 cheaper! IT'S A CON

Broken product and appalling customer service
Mine arrived broken on the hinge and damaged on the top due to it being badly packaged. I emailed them and messaged them so many times asking for a replacement but not one single response. I then got PayPal involved and they finial responded with a promise of a replacement. And what a surprise that never turned up and they are back to ignoring me. What a joke of a company, do not waste your money

No communication and fire reviews
I ordered a jewellery box in good faith as a gift- it looked lovely.
I received an email 8 days ago to tell me that it would be shipped shortly but then unfortunately there was radio silence and no reply to my email asking for an update.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because clearly this is a company to be avoided and I assume I will never receive my purchase and the £32 is lost forever.

Do NOT order from here
I ordered a jewellery box from lovely storage which came broken. I have contacted them 4 times (via email, their website and Facebook messenger twice) and rang them 10+ times and no answer. Not only did the parcel arrive late and come broken, but the service is just appalling and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Awful business.

Possible scam website
I ordered a jewellery box over a week ago, paid for tracked 48 hour delivery and have received nothing. The tracking number doesn’t work, I’ve emailed and also used their contact form and have had no response. I’m wondering if this is a scam. They have taken my money without any problem 😳

This is a scam site. No one replies on ther facebook, Instagram or email address. When you call this number they have on the website it keeps hanging up after a few seconds.

Pathetic service
Ordered a product 10 days ago and received the confirmation mail after 3 days, with a tracking number which does not exist, since a week, I have been trying to track the parcel only for it to be found nowhere! The customer service just doesn't exist. No matter how many emails you send or how many times you try to talk to someone in their so called 'online chat' . It appears to be a scam website, please be cautious
