Thanks for your review, we're naturally disappointed with the rating given.
In terms of cost I suppose it depends on what you are comparing our pricing to and what benefits you are deriving. We have held our prices at the same level for several years now and often run offers and discount periods to help customers with the cost of living crisis. We consider ourselves very competitive in this regard for the quality and range of products we offer compared to others in the industry.
We're sorry that you don't feel the CBD oil has worked for you yet but we do say to allow at least 4 weeks of taking it on a daily basis for your body to absorb it and to hopefully notice the difference. As your order was only on 11th June it may need you to give it more time still, although CBD does not work for everyone and every condition. Lifestyle and taking other medication will also be factors to be borne in mind.
We hope you will feel some benefits very soon.

We're sorry for the length of time it has taken for your order to reach you in the Netherlands. From our tracking information, unfortunately it was held in local Customs there until 20th June (which was out of our control), before being released for delivery and then ready for collection a couple of days later. I know that one of our Managers e mailed you with updated delivery information on 23rd June at 14:42 so hopefully you saw that as we did not appear to get an acknowledgment.
We can understand your frustration at the wait time but we're hoping that you giving us such a bad rating overlapped with us providing the update on 23rd and if you do feel able to post an amended rating then we would be very appreciative.

Noticed no difference first time trying this brand and first thing I noticed was the oil was very light in colour compared to my normal blessed cbd oil so that set alarm bells ringing straight away so back to blessed it is although with blessed you only get 10ml for same price as this one but the quality of oil seems far superior

Thank you firstly for trying us as a new customer however we are very disappointed to receive such a poor review. We always say to customers to allow up to 4 weeks for our product to be properly absorbed into their system and we acknowledge of course that CBD does not work for everyone. We cannot comment on the Blessed CBD oil and any direct comparison, but our oil is naturally lighter in colour and you can see from the numbers of very satisfied customers here on the Trustpilot reviews that our oils are regarded as a high quality product.
We hope that you will be prepared to give us another try very soon.
