I placed my order just under 2 months ago and they still haven’t even dispatched it! I have emailed them multiple times asking to cancel and they are refusing to. They just reply with a condescending email asking me to “be patient”. If I had known it would take this long just to dispatch the order, I never would have placed it in the first place! I wish I had read the reviews before this happened. This has got to be a scam do not order from them!!

My order placed on 14 August has still not been delivered. I have repeatedly asked why Not? I have asked for a refund. This has been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. i placed an order 7 weeks!!!!! ago and still have not received my order. After emailing them multiple times asking for my money back i am pretty sure they are sending automated emails telling me to be patient and how they are doing everything they can and how they understand how stressed i am!? not once have they actually acknowledged what i am writing in my emails and provided a sincere response. absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

My order was never shipped and they refuse to refund me. Horrible experience, never ever again!!

I placed an order on August 6th and have STILL not received it as of September 10th! I have emailed the company twice asking for a refund and have only gotten boilerplate "thank you for your patience" replies. I will place 1-star reviews every day until I get my money back.

I ordered 3 bras which took a few weeks to arrive but had to send back for a different size & have been waiting for over a month

I would give Zero stars as I feel this company is a SCAM !!!! I made an order and it hasn’t arrived for well over a month .I have asked for a full refund and I get sent weird generic emails stating they are doing my order when I just want my money back .
I hope they read this review and pay me back my money .Shocking way to do business!!!

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Ordered on 07/08 and after reaching out to them multiple times I have received nothing! I have twice asked for a refund to only be told to have more patience! Do not order from them

Love Bella Fit is a scam.
Ordered 3 bras on August 1st, it is now September 8th and I still haven't received it, it hasn't even been sent yet. I've reached out multiple times and each time I've received what seems like automated mails asking me for more patience. I've even asked them to cancel the order and to refund me, to which I received yet another mail asking for more patience, no mention of the refund I asked for, neither confirmation or denial. I tried one more time, asking if that meant they refused me a refund and the answer was yet again to ask my for patience.
I have now reached out to my bank to get them to cancel the transaction.

I ordered my items on the 17th July and they still haven't arrived. It's September. They stated there were delays in initial emails but now have stopped replying to me. They did not give any timescales in the replies either..

Stay well away from this site. Communications is shocking. I ordered over 4 weeks ago and heard nothing. So I emailed enquiring about my order, they stated there was a delay and I would receive notification soon. Still nothing so I requested a refund, they automatically replied with a similar email stating delays and no mention of my refund. I have emailed again today. I have yet to hear anything. Guess I’ll have to get my refund the hard way.

Warning! I ordered on July 21 (#BW5447). Delivery was promised in 5–10 days — nothing arrived. Refund also not given. Only excuses. Had to contact my bank for chargeback. Don’t order here!

1st order arrived ok. Ordered for 2nd time on 15/7, six weeks later still no products. They have effectively stolen my money….do not order from this company. The bras are good when you get them, but customer service is awful. Just stock reply that they are aware of my order and hope to send it in 7 days……that was 20 days ago!! Will try to recover money through credit card and hope they will get on the case to recover money. They will take your money and you will get nothing!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

If I could give them zero stars I would. The order I put in never turned up I contacted the company multiple times to find out what was happening, their reply it's on its way after 6 weeks to a month of still no items being delivered I requested a full refund. They said they would process this. However this refund has now failed. I have contacted them again about this it's ridiculous they think they can just take money from people. Not impressed.

Please do not buy from this company…. I do not believe the 5star reviews….
I wasn’t sure about the company so bought an Ashleigh bra to test out…. Delivered within the published times and I loved it. So feeling more confident I order 6 more bras in different colours!…. That was on the 17th July. I have emailed several times and been fobbed off with apologies each time. As a month has now passed I emailed this week to request cancellation of my order and a full refund!….. I really don’t see me getting my money back!…. They have also deleted my negative comments on their Instagram and facebook posts….. please please please DO NOT waste your money buying from them.

Placed my order two weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. I have requested a cancellation of my order since they indicated in an automated response that they are low in product. Cannot get them to honor that cancellation. I have no idea if their product is good, but their business handlings are awful. Do not recommend.

Is this a scam? I am scared that I have scammed with this company. I ordered 2 items that’s worth $194 and it been 3 weeks now that the item hasn’t arrived yet. I emailed several times with the company but I haven’t got any reply. Please be careful to order from lovebellafit.

Ordered 27/07 no order yet received on 18/08. I am thinking this is another Facebook scam company?
