Extremely poor quality baseball cap for the money. AVOID!!!!!

Headline: Complete scam—do not buy from this company!

I placed an order with Louisetees on May 23, 2026, for a custom hat for an upcoming family reunion. It has now been months, and I still have not received my item. When I initially checked on the tracking status, customer service gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming that the delivery truck caught on fire and that they would have to redo my order. Since then, I have sent numerous emails. On the rare occasions that they actually respond, it is always the same exact script: "We are redoing your order and it will ship soon." I have been waiting since May and am incredibly disappointed. This company has terrible business practices, zero accountability, and should be banned from operating in the United States. Save your money and do not buy anything from them!

Terrible company!! The cap was a cheap shoddy cap and didn't fit right, pointed at the top. I emailed asking for a refund. They asked for photos which I supplied, but they kept saying that they woukd replace. I insisted I didn't want another, just a refund. All went quiet. 2 more emails followed and nothing back at all.
I would never use this "company " again!!

Absolutely disgusted. I purchased 2 baseball caps over 8 weeks ago, no delivery and no response to the 3 emails I have sent. My advise , steer clear of these charletons.

I ordered three hats weeks ago. Still haven’t received them and the tracking information they sent doesn’t work. I have no idea of if I will ever receive the hats. No response from them. I’d avoid ordering from this so called company.

I bought a cap as a gift for my husband and the quality was dreadful and the print was faded, very disappointing as the advertising showed a quality cap!! The only positive was that they refunded the money reasonably quickly without sending the cap back, on saying that, it was completely unwearable!

The delivery did not take as long as expected. The issue I have is with the sizing of the baseball cap and the quality of materials and how it is made. I paid $35 USD for a baseball cap that I could’ve gotten better quality from Walmart and only paid $15 CAD. According to their website, I cannot return it just because I don’t like the quality. I initially bought the hat to give as a gift but the quality is so poor I would be embarrassed to give it. The only place this baseball cap is going is to the landfill. I do not recommend anybody buying anything from this company.

I ordered a hat for my dad on June 8, 2026. I have yet to receive it. When I go to track the package on the website, it says it can’t complete my request. I’ve emailed them and called them and all I get is an email that says my package is being delivered. I will not ever buy from Louise Tees again and will let other people know to beware.

I'm a collector of hats, the baseball cap with my name on it is the poorest quality i've ever seen.. extremely cheap material, i would not have paid even $5.00 for this hat.

The hat I ordered was horrible. It looks like a smashed plastic hat with very poor printing. Certainly NOT worth $42 I would not have paid $20 if I saw it in person.

This company is an absolute joke- they don’t tell you stuff comes from china- they give you delivery dates that are completely inaccurate - said item would arrive to me in 1-2 weeks- took a month to get- customer service is as bad as it gets - if thinking about ordering anything from this place, I would run- they couldn’t pay me to take an item from them- one star is listed as it the only way you can leave a review- this is a minus star company

Save your money and don’t buy from here. I bought three hats and did not receive the advertised “Free Shipping.” I was also promised delivery by Father’s Day, but after the order went through, the delivery date changed to the end of the month.

The quality was very disappointing. The bill of the hat looks like it was printed with a low-ink inkjet printer, and the hat arrived crumpled up in a ball instead of being shipped in a box. Nowhere did it clearly state that the product was being made in China.

I only wore the hat for about an hour, and it made my head sweat badly. I’m not sure what materials it’s made from, but it does not feel comfortable or high quality. At this point, it looks like it will just sit on a shelf. Very disappointing purchase.

Cheap temu quality with awful material and AI printing of trim and ‘leather’. Way way overpriced. When you try and review your purchase on their site, you have to use your order number, which they then claim is invalid. Made a HUGE mistake ordering from them. Not only was the item possibly the cheapest low quality hat I’ve ever seen in my life it took three weeks to find out what junk I had actually ordered. Their hats should be considered ‘novelty’ one use and cost around $5. They really shouldn’t be in business. My order number was SP2-912883 and I ordered a family branded hat in May2026.

Order placed and projected delivery was supposed to be May28. Shortly after placing order started getting spam that I never had before. This was the only web site I placed an order thru. I feel they sold my information unable to review product because it never arrived

Image on the website was of a denim custom embroidered hat with a leather or leather like brim. What I received was a very cheaply made nylon hat with a printed image. They won't let me return the item because it isn't "wrong". DO NOT BUY FROM THUS COMPANY!

LouiseTee’s.com … where do I start? First, I am sending this review for my brother, bc he works 15-18hrs a day & doesn’t have time to sit & write a lengthy review.

Louise Tee’s produces customized/personalized hats, etc. They send you an email proof each time so you can approve it, so they get it right. Well… NOT ALL the time do they get it right.

My brother has purchased 6 hats total at $40 ea. Quite costly (if I may say so). The 1st 4 hats had his last name on it, 1 other had a friends name on it & hat #6 came w/some random name on it: HASLEM!

After 1 month bickering back/forth w/their Cut/paste AI & finally told: “Sorry not our mistake” (after the proof was approved w/his last name on it) & since they will NOT refund the CC nor take the incorrect hat back my brother will NEVER do business w/Louise Tee’s EVER again!

Their business is unethical & scammy at best! I understand how AI handles some correspondence, but seriously when there is an issue such as this & you can’t contact a HUMAN, there is something wrong. They are ALL about the money.

This review is being posted on every platform I can find. And if I could give them a -0- I would! Please think very carefully if you decided to do business w/Louise Tee’s… you may be the next customer to get ripped off! Do your own search about Louisetees.com being a scam company, rated 32.6 out of 100!
