Louise Carter has the best pieces, not cheaply made stuff that you usually find out there. I absolutely love my pieces!

Ordered for Christmas presents for my daughter & son’s girlfriend. They absolutely love the pieces! As a buyer, I like how easy the website is to navigate, the pieces are absolutely stunning, the selection is good & the prices are affordable for the quality of the product!

I was VERY disappointed in how the fake diamonds looked! They made the pieces look cheap.
I also thought the gold color was not very shiny and new looking. I need to send items back.

My rope chain was already changing when it arrived. It was also poorly made with open rings around the rope. It also snatched my hair in the back and was destroying my satin top. I ended up, trashing it within three weeks. I wore the ring twice and it is very uncomfortable and extremely hard so I guess it will sit on my ring mannequin for an eternity.

My items are gorgeous!! My only issue was the shipping. It took 2 months to receive. Too long!!

I love my jewelry. All of it is beautiful. There is 2 rings I want that my size is not available. The sizes go quick. The Hype is real. Keep it on. It doesn't fade. This was my fourth purchase. I will keep checking the rings because I have to have those 2 pieces.

I like their collections, i usually buy if there is a promo, my second purchase, i only got 2 items when i know at that time there was another promotion since i bought it cyber monday, i did not get my whole items, make sure when u order u screenshot it, for whatever reason i paid through apple pay and i did not get an email confirmation of what ive ordered, they wont let u finish to check out until u had enough items and after emails back and forth , i was told that i only ordered 2 items..i wish i had a proof!

I purchased a set of several pieces of Louise Carter jewelry in December, 2025. I gave 3 pieces as gifts and have worn 2 of the necklaces everyday. Through workouts, showers and recently a pool. They still look great! Really hoping they are long-term quality as promised. So far, soooo good!!

All of the pieces are beautiful. Excellent quality.

They are holding up very well! Granted I’m older and don’t swim or hike but the jewelry is still pretty

Product was delivered on wrong address, however I notified customer service and I received a new package, a few of the items were delivered defective. Other than that the items are beautiful.

I love my jewelry! I’ve been wearing my LC jewelry for about eight months. Every day. Washing dishes. Showers. Hawaii vacation. Still absolutely gorgeous, no change in color. And I have had so many compliments on it #fanforlife.

Of the pieces that I wear almost daily (I’ve got more than 10!) I love love love them after a year and would give them a 6 out of 5! There are a couple pieces that I just shouldn’t have kept or should’ve exchanged because the gold color is just OFF, just an unrealistic shade of orangey gold so I just don’t wear them.

I love beautiful jewelry, but I'm not going to spend a small fortune for it. I have an allergy to nickel, so my choices of costume jewelry are limited. So far, I have been able to wear all of my pieces as often as I want, while swimming, working out and lotions. I have only had one necklace that I became sensitive to after wearing it for 6 months non-stop. It is still beautiful and I passed it to one of my daughters

One of my necklaces arrived broken and all they did was apologize to the inconvenience, didn’t replace it or offer to fix it. Another one of them broke after I wore it a couple of times and they didn’t even respond to that and then a ring I have had for one year is losing all its color. This jewelry is not made to last. It’s just more over priced costume jewelry.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and it was a win instantly. The packaging felt premium and the jewellery looked even better in person. She’s worn it pretty much every day (including shower/gym) and it’s still shiny and clean... no tarnish, no irritation, nothing.
I was a bit skeptical because the pricing is way better than most “nice” jewellery brands, but the quality genuinely surprised me. If you’re buying a gift and want something that feels special but still wearable daily, this is it.

I ordered the bundle and gave each for gifts. My dtr is 26 and does not swim or work out- and she was standing still in the kitchen and it just fell off. The chain broke - unusable now! I am so afraid they will break for the others- how embarrassing! She only wore it for 3 weeks.

Cute designs, very poor quality and slow shipping. Won't be purchasing from them again and do not recommend to others. Save your money.
