Lost amount of INR 600 received, but can't use it nor withdraw it
Hi,
Finally I got the INR 600 in my account after so many days and now Lottoland is closing in India on 12 March 2026.
I am not able to play any lottery nor am I able to withdraw my INR 600 that was deposited. Are you making a joke of me by topping my account?
Either let me play the lottery or refund the INR 600.
I have alredy checked by inbox and there is nothing there plus when withdrawing only INR 43 is being allowed to withdraw. Have also emailed you about this concern, but no one respond on a timely manner.

A fraudulent site and organization
A fraudulent site and organization. I deposited Rs. 500 on 4th February 2026. Till date it has not been credited to my lottoland account wallet. I sent message once and mailed two times with details of upi payment confirmation including UTR number. But, they did not responded. It is seen that same problem faced by many people. Now they sent mail of closure in India. So, it appears that they are going to cheat people grabbing huge amount of money. If my money is not credited to the account wallet and let me to play or refunded to my Bank account I will report it to the Cyber Crime Cell of the Government of India to take appropriate action against them.

I was really frustrated as last December i deposit amount but not credited to my lottoland account. After several reminders they told that payment team did not received the amount and asked me to check with my bank though almost one and half month they took time and when i checked with bank they told it is very late to check, today got account closing email
Very bad service I lost my amount and they did even bother on this i has asked them to recheck again with the gpay screenshot but no response yet

Fund not credited in my account
I deposited money two or three times, and it was transferred to my account once. However, I recently deposited funds on January 24th, but the money hasn't been credited to my account. I've completely lost my trust.
When the money I deposited doesn't even appear in my account, what guarantee is there that I'll receive my winnings? So, I can't trust it anymore. It's better to just steal it. So this is bogas site and bad platform.

Update as on 27 Feb 26: I received 2 mail from lotto land asia. One mail saying, the amt(Rs.1000)is already added in lotto account. I verified in lotto deposite statement, as well debited account, it is not deposited. 2nd mail saying, my account will be closed on 12th March 26.
Nearly Rs 3000, cheated by them.
I suggest all, don't use lottoland asia gambling site, as it is looting peoples hard earned money.
I request don't believe these gambling games, all are cheating fellow
