Lost Paws were amazing from start to finish and beyond. Fom the very first contact they were always quick to reply and clear in the details they needed from myself in order to adopt our beautiful rescue. 6 months into having him they have recently been in contact again to see how he is doing and how is settling in. He was exactly as described and I have felt very comfortable in contacting them if I needed to throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend the rescue and would use them again in the future.

Fantastic people to deal with. We found Duggie 6 1/2 years ago. Very good adoption process. Extremely helpful with everything we needed to know. Letting us know all the steps. Kept us informed with his travel arrangements. Great dog rescue.

From start to finish the whole team where amazing . From support with application, updates ahead of flight day and on flight day . The collection process was fantastic and updates received and the whole process was seamless . The support in aftercare was brilliant ensuring our pup and us where settled. I cannot thank the team enough and recommend to anyone. Our boy is a dream and when we collected him you could see the level of care he had received post rescue . Thank you !

We had a fantastic experience welcoming Rocky to our family with Lost Paws.

Communication was fantastic and prompt throughout - even over the Christmas period!

We were put in touch with Rocky’s lovely foster family, and had a few visits with our dog to make sure we were a good match for Rocky.

We had a lovely experience with home check, with a lovely supportive lady - and was really reassuring to know that home checks and thorough checking takes place.

We found Lost Paws on Facebook and what stood out to us was their tireless effort to find the perfect home for their pups, the right family for the right character of dog, it wasn’t just about rehoming quickly. Perhaps every rescue organisation is like this but I had many questions I wanted to ask before sending in an application / being on the list of potential adopters as we had younger children at the time of considering getting a dog. They were so kind to answer my questions thoroughly and reassure me that should there be reasons we wouldn’t be approved - through their rigorous checks - as adopters they would be upfront about this. When we found the fella for us we received so much support and endless communication throughout the adoption process. Our Hamish had some nervousness issues but we were helped by the team to figure out how to guide him through this behaviour. I recommend Lost Paws to anyone who’s considering adopting a dog. I cannot thank them enough for bringing him into our lives.

Would definitely recommend this rescue, they are a wonderful team who keep you informed all the way through the process, answering any questions promptly and gave updates as appropriate along the way.
Our pup was from a litter in their care we were set up as a group with constant pictures and videos.
The day of travel was also spot on, informed all the way of the progress of the pups and pick up was seamless.
After care is great, it’s good to know you have an amazing team of people there for support if it’s needed.

We cannot speak highly enough of the support and communication from you as a rescue, both prior to and post adoption. It was particularly important to us, having a younger child, that we made the right decision. The rescue absolutely understood this and equally, went out of their way to match us with the right dog(s), who would be the perfect addition to our young family.

The process is really smooth and easy to navigate, the rescue make it really easy to follow.

We adopted our puppy in August 25. The process from start to finish was fantastic, professional and stress free. We were kept up to date with regular pictures of our pup. The dogs are well cared for, the team follow up post adoption on regular intervals and will still help with any needs post adoption. What a great team and beautiful dogs.

We adopted out fabulous boy Erik from lost paws a few years ago, they were all great right from adoption application to check ups after arrival.
Everyone was super nice and friendly and lots of information and help. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
We still like to donate when we can to help out new dogs find their forever homes.

Lost Paws are a fantastic charity! They are brilliant at what they do.
We first adopted a pup in 2024 and the process was straight forward but thorough checks were done to make sure we were suitable. We have just welcomed another pup (foster fail!) and again, the process & the communication have been faultless.
Both dogs have an EU passport, which means they can come on holiday with us and it was a breeze getting on the EuroTunnel to France last summer.
Our dogs are both happy, healthy & confident and we couldn't imagine life without them ❤️

We adopted Nico just over a year ago. The whole team are brilliant, both the volunteers in Cyprus and the UK, and we are so grateful for their dedication and care for all the dogs. They communicated so professionally and effectively throughout the whole process and they still check on Nico even after a year. I couldn't recommend them more!

Lost paws are a great from start of the process to the end they have been fabulous ,great commnication throughout the whole process. We adopted our young dog over the christmas period so had to wait a little while foe home check which we sailed through as we have dogs before and still have a resident dog.We collected our dog in January 2026. First week was a bit tricky we did have an issue the advice Lost paw gave us was brilliant and we are on our 7th week of adoption and the dogs are best buddies.

I adopted my little rescue dog through Lost Paws last year, the whole process was great, communication of how the dog was doing from the day we chose her, through to the flight day with regular updates of times and photos etc.
She has been with us for 6 months now and is growing into a fantastic little dog.
Can you guarantee what "finished dog" you will get when adopting a puppy, NO! but that's part of the joy watching them grow and mature. Its very rare that a rescue will get it 100% right with a puppy and predicting what it will be as an adult dog, unless both parents are known, but most are stray finds or pregnant mums found.
Lost paws is a great rescue, doing great things to help these dogs, don't be put of by the adoption process, the dogs are so worth it.
Is overseas adoption a "cheap dog" again NO! but your saving a life or several by adopting.
I 100% recommend Lost Paws for finding your Pawfect partner.

We adopted our pup from Lost Paws a week ago. The communication from the team has been excellent from initial contact through to live tracking of the pet courier for his arrival to the UK. Pup was in a foster home and we got photos and videos from the fosterer daily which really helped to make a contact. He and his littermates were really well cared for and loved.

We adopted our beautiful girl from lost paws 4 years ago as they were recommended by a friend and boy were they right the whole experience from start to finish was excellent, spot on communication, easy and felt like we were just dealing with friends. They are all selfless, caring amazing people who rescue and care for these amazing creatures who certainly for me made my dreams come true.

Brilliant service, they kept in contact me though out the who appoption process, they sent me up to date photos and videos, they also kept me up dated on his journey ove, it was a simple process to collect him, i would definitely recommend this adoption company 😃

We are just in the process of adopting Vera aka Mabel from Lost Paws and so far the experience has been really good. Our daughter Katy adopted Noel aka Charlie from them in August and they were brilliant very friendly and experienced and gave us confidence in adopting another dog. I would recommend Lost Paws 100%.

We had a wonderful experience adopting our dog with Lost Paws. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from our first contact and all the information we needed was provided along the way. The foster carer for our pup in Cyprus was amazing, providing regular updates and videos in the lead up to him arriving and she took such great care of him (and all the others in her care). The lady doing the home check was lovely and the team bringing the pups over were amazing. It was a really anxious time but they had everything under control and took such great care of all the dogs on their way to their new homes. It’s a huge journey and they did everything to make sure it was as comfortable and stress free as possible.

We’ve had pup almost a week now and the team has been in regular contact since and it’s good to know they are available if we need anything or have any questions. We’ve had such a great experience with Lost Paws and so happy they helped us find our new furry family member 💕 Please consider them if you’re thinking of adopting - so many dogs looking for a forever home through no fault of their own.

We adopted our girl from Lost Paws a couple of years ago. They took the time to find out what our lifestyle was and what we were looking for before matching us with our beautiful pooch. I found the home check very reassuring, knowing that the dogs welfare is their No. 1 priority was great. On flight day, we had updates all through the day. The adopters group is great for sharing updates on the pups or for any advice/ support.
It was all in all, a flawless adoption experience. Now she lives the life of a pampered princess and rightly so.

We adopted a puppy from Cyprus 1 year ago now and our lives have never been better. She was safely shipped over with the utmost care, all of her paperwork was in top form and she was happy and healthy. The guidance from the care and support team have been invaluable also.
