Delighted with the quality of the product.
My order was delivered within 2 days which was much quicker than I expected. I purchased a king size flat sheet which I am delighted with. The quality is exceptionally high and I just love how it feels, it’s so lightweight yet offers warmth and stops me feeling hot and uncomfortable.

First class product, first class service
The products are excellent quality, all of them, exceeded my expectation and far better than my previous 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton. The packaging a delight. Purchased full duvet sets and replacement pillows. Had some issues on the delivery and this is where this company shines. The after sales service was faultless, immediate responses and everything resolved. Totally recommend couldn’t be happier and will certainly use again

The product is as described …soft and…went beyond my expectations.
The product is as described …soft and oh so cool , even during the last three very warm nights didn’t find the need to toss off and pull back the sheet.
Like I would using a light cotton sheet .
The biggest surprise is how big it is ..hangs down over the sides … ( king size ) ..
Ordering was easy …via Shop.. packaging ..excellent and beautifully package ..
The “ Thank You “. Card was very thoughtful and fully appreciated.

Great bedding and service.
Firstly the bedding is so beautiful to sleep in, I wouldn’t purchase anything else. Secondly I had a small issue with my bedding and the customer service was fantastic with the problem solved straight away. Would definitely recommend this brand.

Beautiful bedding, fast delivery and gorgeous packaging. Particularly impressed with the fitted sheet, the elasticated bands to go under the mattress will make sure the sheet never pops off. The feel of bamboo is silky smooth, like the best, highest thread count Egyptian cotton and like cotton, it will require ironing after washing. Slightly shiny appearance, but looks luxurious rather than cheap. Very impressed. Excellent quality.

After years of investing heavily in silk bedding, I finally found something that comes close - at a fraction of the cost - I couldn't be more impressed.
I've always loved the luxurious feel of silk sheets, but the durability has consistently let me down. No matter the brand or price point, silk never seemed to last. So when I came across Lost Loom, I was intrigued by the promise of that same silky softness without the compromises.
I'm so glad I made the switch. The sheets are genuinely stunning - incredibly soft. But what really sets Lost Loom apart is the quality. You can tell immediately that these are built to last, which is exactly what I've been searching for.
What also stood out was the customer service. I made an error with my delivery details - entirely my own fault - and the team handled it quickly, efficiently, and without any fuss. That kind of seamless after-sales experience is rare and really does make a difference.
