Lost Land Interiors Recenzje 

I ordered the item in February. Website stated that most orders would take 5-7 days but up to 6 weeks is possible.
Over 8 weeks have now passed and there is no sign of my item or an explanation from Lost Land interiors as to what the delay is.
I've emailed numerous times requesting an update but no one has bothered to contact me to tell me when my item will be delivered.
Terrible customer service and not sure whether it is a scam.
My advice would be to avoid.
Interestingly they responded to my negative review on trust pilot almost immediately but when I responded with the additional info requested, they still did not provide an update. I assume that the response below is automated.

Do not order from this company, they have taken my money and not issued a refund for a large order, and now I can't get hold of them!!! The stock was no longer available and now I'm out of pocket

I ordered a £200 floor standing lamp from this company, I was told I would receive an email when dispatched. Nothing! I waited a week before I emailed them & left voice mail to enquire. Nothing!
Looked on web site and the could not see the lamp I ordered?
I will be calling next week after the bank holiday to get my lamp or a refund.

I am getting no response on email or telephone on the progress of my order from 30th March , terrible service

I ordered a lamp from this company, I was told I would receive an email when dispatched. Nothing! I emailed them to enquire. Nothing! Looked on web site and the lamp I ordered states out of stock. I will be calling ASAP to speak with someone to have a refund.
The least they could do is respond, it was not a cheap lamp at that! I could have easily went else where, however as we all are tempted by discounts and sign up for percentage off this is my downfall it seems! Will not shop here again. Hence the lowest score I could give.

I came across this company whilst searching on line for a unique side table. It's an amazing product with very reasonable pricing.
Quality product. Excellent service delivery. Can't fault my lovely sturdy table. Just what i need!

Nightmare with the courier. Lost land sorted it and replaced the delivery asap. Very cool.

If you’re reading this - you’re considering making a purchase with Lost Land. As per many other reviews for this company, I placed an order over a month ago. Payment was taken but I received no confirmation and no updates. I have emailed them for an update re. delivery, but no response. Similarly, their contact phone number simply states that ‘no one is available to take your call’ - despite always attempting to contact during opening hours. *warning* - this company and website are a scam. I suspect that any positive generic reviews below are not legitimate. Do not purchase from this company, or you will find yourself in the same position as any of us victims thus far.

The jar I ordered arrive in 2 days, which was perfect as it was a gift for Mother’s Day. The seller was really helpful and communicative. The item arrived and was a higher quality than I hoped it would be. I will definitely be ordering again

Great experience with this company via etsy. Mix up with DHL delivery (reported as delivered by DHL but not received). Contacted the seller and they responded quickly with a new tracking number which DHL later confirmed was their error/mix up and products were delivered with the quoted time frame. Would order from here again! Thank you to Max and his team.

Very slow delivery, far outside of advertised shipping estimates. I did get a response when I emailed in, which is better than some companies.

The curtains are incredibly thin, single layer with no linings at all and nowhere near as thick as they look in the photo (clearly a manufactured picture or they'd put black out linings with them). They're pretty but overpriced for what they are.

Follow up to my review of 28 February - on publishing my review on here I instantly get an email apologising for not refunding me. He then said he can cancel and refund the unavailable item - if I remove my trust pilot review! I asked him to refund me immediately. I then get notification my order is cancelled - but no money.
Trustpilot then ask me to verify my details to give to Lost Land Interiors - which I do.
I then get an email asking why I’m dealing with Trustpilot and not him!!
He tells me my refund is ‘pending’. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and he is ignoring all of my communications repeatedly asking him for my money back.
He has 2 more days to refund me before the credit card take over.
All of this can be backed up with evidence.
I did not receive a refund so raised a dispute with my credit card - and finally received my money back.
A long drawn out and stressful experience. I would avoid at all costs.

Update on 18. March
Now I received the shipment, products are OK.
So I changed my evaluation from 1 star to 4.
One star minus is for the long delivery, although I know that the customs clearance took that much time and not the transportation itself.
Otherwise I am fine with the customer service and the products.

I am sorry, but I haven't received the parcel yet. Ordered on the 1st of March, today is the 12th.
