I didn't sign up for a subscription so…

I didn't sign up for a subscription so I found it odd that I got an email saying that my next order was on the way. I tried to cancel for one whole day, and the website wouldn't let me into my account, saying that my email was invalid, even though it was the email they were sending all the announcements to, including the new shipment. But today I was finally able to get in and cancel it. However, that wasn't easy either. You have to give a reason to cancel and if you say you can't afford it, then it goes to an ad for a reduced pricing plan. Finally I had to pick, "I am completely pain free." That worked and I got a message saying my subscription was cancelled.

I am a senior and to be put through all this was very stressful. I knew I had not signed up for a subscription and was dismayed that money was going to leave my bank account again, when I already had 6 bottles left from the first shipment.

It's like the designed the cancellation system to encourage people to give up--especially seniors who may not have the stamina to follow it through.

Heal n Soothe worked marvelously for my knee pain

I like many others saw heal n soothe after a youtube video. Not too busy, I heard it out and it sounded too good to be true. Against all alarm bells going on in my head, I ordered a bottle for and subscribed. The fist bottle was delivered and I forgot it somewhere. When the 2nd bottle was delivered, I cancelled but was told the order had already been processed. When the supplements I was using for my knee pain which was not exactly effective finished, I decided to give heal n soothe a try and was pleasantly surprised by the 3rd day. While the knee pain was there, it was clearly reducing. The shooting pain when I was climbing stairs was reducing. I Continued and finished the 2nd bottle and ordered more. I took breaks of a week or or thereabouts when I was on lemon detoxification and resumed heal n soothe. No regrets whatsoever. I still use heal n soothe and will try their other joint support. For me it worked when many others did not.

Dissatisfied customer

I have tried to contact the company telephonically and per email on several occasions without success. All emails bounce back and telephone numbers do not connect. I am totally dissatisfied. My intention never was to repeat prescriptions, nor for money to be deducted from my bank account on a monthly basis. It is impossible to contact this company. Patrick Mostert London England

How do you get out of this spider's web?

Apparently using the cancel button doesn't work either. It took me a better part of a day to find it and another bottle just arrived. Stealing from the elderly is a crime and one to be looked at by the Attorney General's office which is my next stop. In case you don't understand PLEASE CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION THAT I DID NOT CONSENT TO. YOUR CANCEL BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. Please stop taking advantage of the elderly it's disgusting.

Stand behind their guarantee

Though the products didn't seem to reduce my pain, and caused constipation, I was quite impressed in the ease and responsiveness to both cancelling my subscriptions online, as well as request and receive a full refund of my purchase in less than 24 hours. Try the product! It may work for you! And if it doesn't, in my experience, they stand behind their guarantee, no tricks or gimmicks.

Do NOT use them

If I could give less I would. I had an allergic reaction to the product so of course I am returning what I bought. The do NOT help you with returns!! It is all on you! You have to repackage, make a label and go out and pay for return shipping. I do NOT recommend this company at all. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

checked my bank today and saw that I was charged of $123.83 the website promises no "hidden fees" yet I was charged unknowingly from this website for a "free" product. I am disappointed, the medication does not WORK, they took my hard earned MONEY and SCAMMED me out.

do not trust any website that promises "free" samples neither, paid actors to say no "hidden fees" as this is all an entire scam and lie. its a disgrace to take advantage of people who are searching for medication to seek relief.

this website pays for actors to advertise their products of Facebook as actually GOOD. WORKING. MEDICATION. the photos on the websites are just stock images of doctors ripped off the internet.

I am having my day off wasted with sitting in a bank wait cue to get my money back and refund this scam of a subscription. absolutely pathetic scam product.

Impossible to cancel

Please cancel my subscription to Heal-n-Sooth! I have tried your phone number and it doesn't work. I have even changed my credit card to no avail. I can not afford it and it still keeps coming out of my account. I can't use the product because it has an adverse effect on my health (skin issues). I don't want to give out my address. However there won't be other Marjon Hofmans (Ref #0691963007?) on your customer database so it should not be an issue for you to to cancel. Please cancel asap.

Watch for scams when they say free. It's not always what it seems

Anything that offers free run from it so I. Decided to take them up on the offer for the free bottle $9.99 I thought to myself that's not a bad price. I can do that and if I don't like it. It's a 100% money back. Guarantee well the website kept forcing me 2 bottles, 3 bottles, 4 bottles and I decided no I do not want any other offer tell I try the free bottle ,Well, the website wouldn't let me. It kept saying it was not complete so I decided to completely back out of it and not hit Complete order. And I never finished the order well. Guess what the next morning? I woke up with a charge of $92.85. How can you charge someone if you don't complete the order? This is a scam, and I'm very unhappy with it. And I'm still waiting for my refund. Don't fall for this people. This is a scam more than ever. If you want to buy the product pay for it completely outright, do not let them try to scam you out of a free product it wasn't free now I'm waiting for $92.85 that I never even ordered and I didn't even know what I ordered . Got charged not happy wrong wrong.

It is a part of the terms and conditions that you did agree to that the free trial of the Heal-n-Soothe will renew on a monthly basis (not weekly) after the 30 day trial period is through. Another part of those T&C explains that we do not provide return shipping. You did agree to those and give your permission.

I ordered the product but I can't take as am on blood thinners. The company have taken £420 over the last 6 months and I can bearly afford to live. I have 6 unopened packs and still with chronic back pain.

A mysterious address

Hello: When I went by 7055 South Decatur Blvd in Las Vegas and looked for Suite 180...it did not seem to exist. In fact, all that is where it should be is an empty field...The warehouse in the 6900 block only goes up to suite 170. When I called to ask about this on the 800 number, I was hung up on twice. I guess your 800 number goes into some place in Texas. I am very curious ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I am returning all products with requested information..all unopened including the package it came in. Very curious.

I originally ordered a free bottle of this product not knowing that I had to cancel to avoid 2 payments being taken from my card unauthorized .I managed to create an account just to cancel the subscription for a second time , my concern is that i have received another bottle and hope not to be charged. I will be retuning the bottle and hope to have payment refunded , this is totally unacceptable especially as the product didn't work.

To order the free trial, all perspective customers must read and agree to the terms and conditions which are fully explained before the purchase. If you had read that you would see that the free trial comes with a subscription that renews monthly after 45 days for the subscription price. You would not have been able to make the purchase without agreeing to those terms and conditions.
