Positive Experience
Ordered a rug from LordofRugs on Friday the 3rd of November, then read the negative reviews and thought "what have I done". Very pleased to report the rug was delivered on Wednesday the 8th of November exactly as described and very competitively priced. My personal experience dealing with this company has been very positive with no issues. Keith

Total scam company don't respond no phone number no working email mark items dispatch when they haven't as this was confirmed by couier after they have a fake tracking number they give out

Be very careful
I purchased a rug and received an email advising that it had been delivered, however nothing had been received. I sent an email regarding the situation and a reply was received saying that it had been delivered to the wrong address! I tried to contact them by telephone but the number given on the website seemed to be a call answering service who said they had never heard of them. Thankfully the purchase was made through Amazon who have issued a full refund.
Something doesn't seem to be quite right about this companny....be very careful.

multiple addresses . phone does not work .. had to go through PayPal resolution just to get to return it when I received it .. bad quality ... PayPal told me they are looking into this company stay away
They keep changing there name because PayPal keep suspending there account

awful , they are on amazon , rug bobbling after 4 months , tried to say we are not looking after it , elderly couple no pets no children bought new for bungalow ,refused refund as usual brilliant amazon came through and refunded, very unscrupulous seller ,
