Goes with everything in my closet! Actually water resistant which surprised me.

My dress still looks new after 6 months of washing. Colors haven't faded at all. Worth every penny!

The cotton fabric is super comfy and the belt makes my waist look tiny! Already worn it 5 times.

I've lived for 54 years. I've had contact with many thousands of companies over my half century +. None are as bad as Loravelle. 50 emails, a returned coat that has gone from the UK to China and now back, 3 months, £90 spent on a £60 coat that I didn't want.....AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

Ordered a blazer in 3xl was more like a size 12 , asked to return it , have got the run around asking me to take a cash amount rather than return it , which was, what’s the point it doesn’t fit , there returns says at their cost which I was then told only if there’s damage to item , which didn’t say a clause in returns details , this clothing is from china , and has to be returned to china , don’t waist your money , personally I feel it’s a scam as still sitting with a £59 jacket that is going to cost me £20 to return , 😡😡😡

DO NOT USE!!! Bought a suit £60 doesn’t state when your buying about it coming from china anyway when it arrived the material was terrible a black bin bag would of been a better quality along with the sizes of a large for a women would of fitted a 12 year old child! When wanting to return the item as it’s nothing like the picture advertised they are now making me return is back to china would is going to cost ME £20 after I have already paid £60 and then I can have me refund so I will be out of pocket by £20! Please do not use they just want your money!!!!

Customer service doesn't reply anymore to my emails that is strange first time I am encountering this from a clothing company just ordered a jeans from them in April turns out too small agreed to get exchange to bigger size same model they said they gonna send me invoice for return fees which again I agreed to pay that is a bit strange as well normally legit company offers you free returns it's just a bit awkward.. is it a problem to reply my messages or what's going on? Something clearly is not right with this company..

Terrible company. Don’t answer the phone number they provide in Utrecht so there is no way of discovering the identity of their local delivery company in north east England that is leaving me messages to say it can’t deliver my order as I’m not in the house when they try to deliver ….

Worst company ever, misleading description of the genuine leather boots that are not leather, offered me a 30% refund even though I will NEVER wear them 2 weeks later still waiting for refund despite 10 emails at least. Do not purchase off this company ever unless you like Chinese cheap and nasty rubbish. The most disreputable company I have dealt with. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It’s a scam . They are ripping people off. I bought what were meant to be ladies leather trousers. They arrived late and they are not leather, plus they are that small they do not go over my knee. They offer you all sorts to get you to keep the item as they don’t want it back, I finally agreed to 70 per cent refund with no return of item as the cost of return will be high. I thought after days of emails back and forward we finally reached an agreement but they changed their mind again. They will offer you everything but they’re only playing games to get you to oder a second pair and to get ripped off again

Bought two cashmere pullovers size Xxl but were too small. There were no labels on them to say the size, if they are cashmere, where they were made or any washing instructions, nothing. Tried to return them but ended up in huge tug of war argument. They tried with every discount possible for me to keep the items, then ask me to pay the return shipping to an address in China when the products were from the Netherlands. I ended up reporting them to several authorities with written evidence but that did not deter them. Loravelle is a scam based on deception and malpractice.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I recently received. Although I have not yet received the dress I ordered and therefore cannot comment on its quality at this stage, I felt compelled to share my positive experience with your support team.

After placing my order, I reached out via email to request clarification regarding the dress sizing. To my great surprise, I received a response within approximately 10 minutes a response time that far exceeded my expectations. I had assumed it might take 24 to 48 hours to hear back, as is often the case with online retailers.

I would particularly like to commend Tina, who responded to my query. She was not only prompt but also incredibly pleasant and supportive in her communication. Her professional and friendly demeanor left a very positive impression on me and provided reassurance about my purchase.

This level of service is truly commendable and has significantly enhanced my overall experience with your brand. Please extend my thanks to Tina for her excellent support.

Do not buy from this company.

I purchased a dress and when it came it looked nothing like the dress online. They then removed it from the website.

When I tried to ask for a refund and would happily would return the dress they advised the return cost would be £35 so they could only offer 50 percent refund to accept the dress which I accepted.

Nearly 8 weeks later still no refund. I receive the same copy and pasted answers that it was processed but theres been a issue with 'my bank' absolutely no issues with my bank. Constant promises to get back to me and nothing.

They could easily process the refund but they won't.

Do not order from here!

Do not buy from this company, the 5 star reviews are fake, you cannot return/exchange goods as the cost of this you pay for and you have to return to china!

You will lose your money

After being stung by this scam company I have continued to track the reviews here. What has become very apparent is that after a number of real reviews warning other customers to keep away, there is a batch of 5* reviews saying how great they are. Do not be fooled, this is a deliberate tactic to try and keep the overall score from being 1*

As of writing this I think the overall score was 2.5* - imagine what it would be if all the fake reviews were removed.

Its disappointing that Trustpilot dont have a mechanism for dealing with this, as it destroys the purpose of this site in the first place.

Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a mens coat L size around £70. It arrived around 10 days later. Size was too short, so I requested a refund and return. Made me numerous offers to not return it but instead said they will send correct size at no extra cost except 50% of shipping. Said they will send a link to allow me to re-order correct size, which I foolishly followed, and ended up paying another £70. Have now sent me a return form and no return label, I will have to bear the cost of returning to China. I don't think I'll bother returning. I have been badly stung. Once again, Avoid, avoid avoid.

Do not buy from here. The photos are so deceiving.
Returning the item is virtually impossible as its at my own cost and apparently it will costs loads to send back to Netherlands. More like China. Absolute scumbags.
