Awful company providing exceptionally poorly made and finished clothing, wish I'd checked their reviews online before purchasing. When you try and return the goods they just through up barriers and try to dissuade you by telling you that you have to pay for International shipping. This is clearly all part of their tactics - AVOID

The item was not anything like it looked online, very poor quality, and then u can't return it.

As with many other reviews, this company are a scam. I paid £65 for a 100% cotton shirt, what turned up was the lowest quality shirt you could image possible. 95% polyester 5% spandex, completely missold and misleading. When I tried to get a refund, they done everything possible to ensure I wouldn't pursue it, 5% of my next order offers which was laughable, I refused. I had to pay £24 to send it back to China, it sat in customs for 61 days and at this point ive given up chasing them, they run a company based on selling products that dont exist then try worm out of a refund and make it impossible to get one. Be warned. Do not buy from this company. Complete scam.

Highly recommend involving bank or credit company for them to investigate. I raised a dispute with credit card company. Within a day their investigation found in my favour and received a full refund. I also ignored the many requests by them to ask me to drop the investigation and they would love to sort it out with me direct. PLEASE do not buy from this company.

Scam company - they sent wrong size and poor quality goods, then wouldn’t give a full refund inc postage - they rely on people not wanting to return goods to their offices in China. Do not use.

Please please do not use this company. It says it’s a Dutch company but when you try and return anything it’s a Chinese address. They the offer you a small cash refund not to send them back.
I ordered linen trousers and they turned up and were just 15% linen.
They know it costs too much to return.
It is a total scam and there are many more like it. AVOID!!!!!

Loravelle are not a Dutch company as they would make you believe, they are just a front for a Chinese company making very poor quality, badly fitting clothing. The shorts I bought were advertised as cotton blend but were 100% polyester and felt like a supermarket employee uniform. Nasty. They were also very badly made with loose threads etc. They also didn't fit even though I used their sizing guide. Finally, the returns process is concealed on their website and you have to send the garment back to China at your own expense. I ended up getting 50% back and throwing the garment in the bin.
They have updated their website with the material but not the return address. I felt totally mislead and conned by the whole experience.

This is the most despicable company I have ever had the misfortune too deal with.
The online photos are never close up so the quality is not evident until goods arrive.
Every time you try to return them you get offered a discount .
The delivery address is next door to the registered company address...all chinese..
They sign for the tracked goods and then tell you they have not been sent to the right address
Complete con... you will never see your money again BEWARE they trade under many names....

Avoid at all costs. Scam. Paid. Emails. Goods never received. They’ll respond fobbing you off and spinning those tales of never seen goods. Reported as fraud

I wish I’d checked reviews before ordering from this company.
My order took over three weeks to arrive and shoes did not fit.
I requested a refund and was told, like others, I would have to cover the cost of a shipment to China when the website lists the company is in the Netherlands.
Then I was offered a 20% refund of the cost of the shoes which was GBP 89.75.
This seller is a scam artist SO AVOID!!!

I wish I had read reviews. Ordered a flowy tiered midi dress which looked lovely in photo but what arrived after 2.5 weeks is a poor polyester dress with no tiers not flowy and is not fit for purpose- obviously a cheap copy. I have no doubt the returns process will also be problematic - total scam and site should be shut down

Do not purchase with this company! Ordered a jumper for my boyfriend, the size was very small. When I requested a refund I was told the return address was in China rather than the Dutch address listed on their website. I am certainly talking to an AI customer service rep'. I will see if my bank will support me in getting a full refund.

Quality of material and sizing is shocking ! They won’t allow refunds and instead they offer you a 10% partial refund (which I haven’t got yet by the way). Even though the item doesn’t fit, they don’t allow refunds - how are you supposed to try something on if it’s online and they won’t refund !!
Definitely won’t buy again - be careful of this website !!

Scam company who use AI to respond to your complaint, item was late showing not shipped I requested cancellation and refund they say company policy is must be cancelled within 5 minutes.... AVOID.

Most of the positive reviews of this company praise their prompt, courteous and helpful customer service.

However, I eventually discovered that all the replies to the many emails that I sent to "infoⓐloravelle.com" came from "supportⓐloravelle.reamaze.com". It turns out that reamaze.com is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company.

Loravelle delivered the wrong item. After 12 weeks of fruitless emails trying to get a refund, I used ChatGPT to try to find the true identity of the people behind this company.

ChatGPT gave me the following information:

Do not buy from this company. I stupidly ordered 3 things. Number one is counterfeit. Number two they sent some terrible products that I didn’t order and have been telling me they will refund me for 3 months and still nothing.

I ordered a dress that was advertised as premium cotton, but what I received was 95% polyester and 5% spandex—completely different from what was described. The quality was extremely poor, and the item looked and felt cheap. I would not wear it.

Interestingly, the item was shipped from the Netherlands, but when I requested a return (as the item was not as described under consumer protection law), I was told I would have to send it back to China, covering all return shipping and customs fees myself. The return cost would have been more than the dress itself.

I tried to resolve this directly with the company, but they refused to take responsibility. I then raised a dispute with my bank. Despite this, the company is now pressuring me to close the dispute so they can "find a resolution"—even though I attempted to handle the matter fairly from the start. My bank has advised against closing the dispute.

Overall, a highly disappointing experience. The product was misrepresented, and the return policy feels intentionally obstructive. Avoid this company—not trustworthy.

Please avoid. The product sent does not match the photo on the website and of inferior quality. Packaging awful and took over 2 weeks to arrive - now established it is sent from Asia and not Netherlands. Asked for refund and "customer service" (I agree it is probably a bot) asks for photos, offers to send another item if you pay for postage, then 10% refund and you keep the item. Clearly a scam. Do not purchase anything.

Paid for a linen men’s shirt. Polyester (labelled polyester) shirt and shorts arrived - real bits of cheap tat, probably worth a couple of pounds. Asked for refund. Said I would only get refund if returned item. But I had to pay cost of postage, customs duties etc etc. Argued I should not have to pay for an item I did not order. So offered me 20% of my money.

Several emails later I was no further forward. So I went to my bank app and disputed the payment with my emails, photos of item and Trustpilot reviews as evidence. My bank has refunded me the money even though I paid by debit card. This Charge Back seems to be an arrangement between banks to deal with these sort of scams. And it is just that - a
SCAM website.

If I could give minus stars, I would. I believe all their 5 star reviews are fake. Over 80% of their reviews are 1 star.
Wrong item delivered. Despite almost daily communication the matter remains unresolved and is now being dealt with by my bank.

DETAILS:
I bought a dress and what turned up was entirely different to the item ordered. It was a different fabric, design and quality. I would not dream of wearing it. I wish I had done some simple research before ordering the dress. So far I have exchanged 25 letters with Loravelle via a team member which may be a chatbot or may be a real person called Eeve. Their well constructed letters are polite and gradually offer greater refunds up to what is described as "a final gesture of goodwill" of a 60% refund and no need to return the goods to China. I shall settle for nothing less than a full refund which I am pursuing with my bank, via a 'Chargeback' claim*. Loravelle are not based in the Netherlands, they are in China.
Customers who have had a similar experience have a right to be reimbursed IN FULL under the Sale of Goods Act 1979

In addition we are protected by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

In addition to the complaint with my bank I shall raise a complaint with anti fraud organisations, the Chinese embassy (this company is a stain on their reputation when Chinese companies are seeking to gain new markets in the light of Trump tariffs etc), Pinterest etc
I hope I can prevent a few people for falling for the scam in the way I did.
Fake Products, Shoddy Products, Scam, Time Wasters.

*Update: I received a letter from them asking me to cancel my chargeback and then they would give me a full refund and confirm I did not need to return the goods. Helpfully, my bank informed me that if I cancelled the chargeback claim, I would loose my chargeback rights and their advice was to let it run its course and only cancel once I had received the refund in full.
