I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Loop Direct. I needed to replace my old door handles and wanted to place an order for pair of victorian scroll handles on a back plate to a specific measurement and Katie and Emma were both so helpful in ensuring I had all the necessary fittings I needed without the need to over order parts. Ordered on a couple of different occasions over the past month. Items arrived in good time and as described. Loops Direct also had video instructions available on the product page of the items I'd ordered, so was easy to follow and get my sound equipment set up.
