Was sent email that my jacket was posted and on its way, so waited eagerly looking forward to the jacket arriving only to get another email a few days later saying there was an issue with stock numbers and it hadn't been sent out which I find very strange and has dented my confidence in ordering from you again in the future

We are very sorry for your disappointment. As all of our items are one-offs and we have over 150,000 items in our warehouse, we do sometimes run into issues with stock numbers. We wish it was as easy as sending out a replacement item like other large clothing companies but unfortunately for us it isn't possible. Again i do apologise for your disappointment and i completely understand that this may have affected your confidence in ordering again in the future. I will say that this issue only affects less than 1% of our orders.

The clothes matches the photos, really good and high quality!! 100% recommended and will shop again! Only problem is the custom duties fees was pretty expensive but worth it.

Not recommended for countries outside…
Not recommended for countries outside UK. In the end will be more expensive than new one, additionally the waiting time could be weeks or months.

Delivery times outside of the UK are around 10 working days. Customs in your own country may slow this down but we always aim to ship your order within 24-48 hours and do what we can from our end.
