Brilliant service provided from Longride. I ordered some pannier holders and they dispatched the same day. A small mistake concerning import tax was swiftly dealt with. Been searching for the right holster or leg bag to use while riding my motorcycle. I purchased the Holster leg bag by LongRide in black. I am extremely happy with the quality of construction and materials used, it is a very nice piece. Wanted a holster mainly for conceal carry and a place for i phone, money clip license and registration, ear plugs and dodads which the zipper pocket is great for. The main compartment is partitioned and is roomy enough for a J frame revolver or defender semi auto. I use it with an anti slip pocket holster to protect the trigger. The velcro leather flap is perfect for adequately securing and it is easy to deploy. The fastening buckle on the waist is very premium and easy/quick- on/off latch. Leg strap perfectly positions your bag comfortably while seated out of the way but easy to reach, while walking you don't know you have the holster on. Shipping was expediant and only took three days to reach me on the westcoast. Longride has earned my business and will purchase bags now that I know what I'm getting is made with quality and care and concern.

Quick to take your money and I was billed for more than what was on the invoice, slow to respond, excuse after excuse on availability and when shipping, a tracking number for someone else. My refund showed invoice amount and not what was paid. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

Brackets and Superpatriot SK bags for a Guzzi V7 Spcial. The delivery to Mexico was incredibly fast (five days between purchase and arrival). The brackets fitted perfectly; the bags look great and are vwery well manufactured with quality materials; the installation was easy, perhaps not as easy as the videos but just an hour and a half. I couldn't be more happier with the puchase and the results.

Pannier brackets for 2022 indian scout bobber. Major weld failures at several locations on both brackets for sidekick claw mounts. Observable fractures on other welds after 18 months and less than 2000 miles riding since installation. Tried to reach out to Longride via email 3 attempts with no response.
These can be fixed for $300+ when the brackets only cost $150-ish new 18 months ago.
I am sure their bags are top quality but their mounting brackets are definitely not.
UPDATE: Longride returned emails and explained the situation and has informed me new brackets have been mailed to fix this issue. While still an inconvenience, Longride is making good on their promise.

Is Longride bags a luxury brand? Maybe.
Is Longride build for a purpose? Most definitively.

The first 3 days on my motorcycle trip they endured 14 hours of rain and my clothes were still dry. The bags have been with me to the beach, in the sun, in the cold and no matter what they just do the job.

The click system of the side bags is so fast and the attachment of the dufflebag just takes a few seconds.

They are pricy but worth every penny.

Excellent customer service, and the bags are wonderful. Just tried the bags yesterday for the first time. My 16" laptop, workbag, and water bottle fit with room to spare in one, and the other had gym clothes as well as rain trousers, rain jacket, a spare shirt, spare gloves, and a cloth. Wow. And all while looking fantastic. These are the best bags ever!

The Mini Patriot SB bags are perfect, although I'd definitely get the Extender straps too. Saves having to pack everything very tight, even with a light load.

I didn't need the extra nuts & bolts that came with the Spacers, but thanks anyway. The Spacers fit my 2018 Triumph Thruxton 1200 R perfectly.

Even without the claw attachment, the bags are very easy to attach and remove but also secure enough to leave parked for a while. Plenty of leather straps that will confuse any thief !

Je viens de récupérer mes sacoches mini Patriot avec les écarteurs et les fixations Klickfix. Les sacoches sont très belles, les matériaux utilisés sont d'une grande qualité et l'assemblage parfait. J'ai fixé les Klickfix sur les sacoches et seul bémol, le trou de la serrure tombe en plein sur la couture supérieur donc pour ma part, j'ai décidé de démonter cette dernière. Au final, le rendu sur ma moto Guzzi V7 est superbe, ça lui donne vraiment un super look !
Par ailleurs avant de commander, j'ai pu communiquer via e-mail avec la société, ils sont très réactifs et ils ont su répondre à toutes mes questions.

J'ai un sac à dos Long Ride (un Wolfpack je crois), depuis quelques années. Je roule avec ce sac quatre à cinq fois par semaine à moto toute l'année et par tous les temps. J'ai aussi fait plusieurs longs trajets de quelques centaines de kilomètres, dont un de 400km sous une pluie battante continue. Eh bien je peux affirmer que ce sac à dos est fabuleux. Son aspect est inchangé, que ce soit le tissu ou le cuir. En plus, il est toujours aussi imperméable. Je l'utilise aussi à vélo et en randonnée en montagne. Vraiment un produit exceptionnel et au final l'équipement moto le plus durable que j'ai jamais eu. Je conseille la marque les yeux fermés.

I purchased the SK system and installed it on my Triumph T120. As I faced some issues specific to the already existing modifications on my bike I turned to Longride for support - what a great experience. Their support was quick and with sufficient technical support to make it work.
For those purchasing for the same bike: If you have shocks installed with gas cylinders, you can still make this work by using the additional parts supplied.

I purchased the Racer SK pannier in khaki from Longride to fit on my Triumph Bonneville T120. It’s great! Not the cheapest but it’s quality and will last a long time and I expect age well. The Racer is by lucky chance the perfect size for my laptop, a 14” Dell Latitude 5480, when placed in a laptop padded sleeve cover it fits snugly in the pannier and there’s no moving about. Perfect for commuting, especially with the Sidekick system which is so easy to use and feels very secure and lockable too, what’s not to like!? The little elasticated pocket is perfect for my glasses case or a small bottle. At 15L it’s not that big but it’s big enough, I can get a pair of size 11 Converse in there, so for a weekend trip I reckon I can get all my clothes and spare lightweight shoes in one, and locks, tools, spare gloves, waterproofs etc in the other. If I was going on a big long trip I’d probably go for the Patriots, but with a roll bag on the seat as well you might not need to.

For info I live in the UK so I emailed Longride directly and they sent me a personalised quote to order with. All very helpful. This ensures that VAT is only paid once at customs entry (since BREXIT) which was easy to do.

Great product and great service. I’m now ordering a second one so I have a pair.

I was looking for bags that didn't look out of place on my retro-looking Moto Guzzi Centennario. I looked at Longrides in late fall, but at the time the spacer for my bike was out of stock. Through the winter I examined a number of options, most of which left me indifferent. When I looked again in the spring, the spacers were in stock and I ordered them while I figured out which bags to choose. After seeing a pic of the Patriots in a FB group I was sold on the cosmetics. But I was even happier when they arrived, the quality, workmanship and material were absolutely superb. After they arrived, though, the more I considered it the more I felt like I'd be happier with the SK mounting system rather than the SB- so I inquired about returning/exchange, and a day after ordering these are on their way, and should be here end of week. They even have a US address for exchanges or returns to avoid the hassle of overseas shipping! I've had absolutely great service and communication from Aymeric, and would highly recommend these bags and Longride! I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. This is how a business should work - quality product, very fair pricing, and appreciative and communicative with their customers. I have nothing but good things to say about this whole experience!
