3. Staff- Staff are outstanding- friendly, communicative, clearly competent and experienced at their jobs, thoughtful. Translator available throughout the process which was outstanding and inspired confidence as well.
4. Consultation- They do a great job communicating options, and providing tailored recommendations based on one’s hair profile and age.
Overall, extremely happy with my experience and result. The result I obtained far surpassed my expectations, and my review comes from a background as a health care professional.

Like many clinics in Turkey, they offer the full package: hotel, post-operation meds and essentials, a car that drives you back and forth from the clinic and the airport, etc.

But where they truly stand out is the quality of service they provide. The entire team is amazing, professional, kind, well-organized, and attentive. Not to mention that the clinic itself is very futuristic looking, spotless, and spacious with dedicated rooms for each step of the process.

Long hair center has meet all my high service expectations from start to finish. Mr.Alaa, my medical consultant has been amazing by providing any detailed request and organization for arrival in Istanbul. My driver Mr.Bora was already waiting at the airport with no delays. The day of the surgery I met with Dr. Ahmet Yildrim, his crew and Mr.Levent my Interpreter. Which made my surgery smooth and took excellent care of my health and well being. I am an American from the San Francisco area and I can totally attest to the excellent care, precision, and skill that Doctor Yıldırım and his staff provide.

My case I believe was challenging and I happily returned one year later for a second treatment. In both treatments I was treated with the greatest skill, care and respect. They follow up with texts requesting images and give advice in the months and even years following.

My case was totally successful and pleasant.

Their hospital facility is excellent and their office (that one visits the next morning) is extremely nice with huge views of İstanbul. Expert ground transportation and hotel is provided throughout the stay.

This is a high-end organization worthy of the most discerning needs.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with LHC, in the hopes that it may save others from a similar predicament. Approximately a month ago, I scheduled a hair transplant surgery with LHC, slated for the 7th of June. However, unforeseen health complications arose as I, a person diagnosed with ulcerative colitis have been experiencing a flare-up.

Upon consulting with my physician, it was strongly advised that I refrain from undergoing any elective surgeries until my condition stabilized. She also added that as per her recommendation, I shouldn't do any hair transplant at all nor now nor in the future, as the medicine I will be taking is an IV biologic immunossurpressant, which I will be taking for as long as it keeps me in remission.

Promptly I contacted the clinic explaining my situation kindly requesting a refund of my deposit. To my dismay, their response was far from accommodating.

Despite my medical condition and ample notice provided well in advance of the scheduled surgery date, LHC staunchly refused to refund my deposit. Their refusal was grounded in a rigid "universal" non-refundable deposit policy, which was not disclosed upfront during the booking process nor it is expressed anywhere on their website - as of 07/05/2024.

I believe transparency and empathy should be fundamental in any business transaction. By withholding such information until after payment is made, LHC has demonstrated a disregard for my well being and for their ethical responsibilities.

If you're approaching LHC, please be cautionary and demand clarity regarding their refund policies before committing any funds.

Update:

It has come to my attention that there was an oversight regarding the disclosure of important information, particularly concerning the non-refundable deposit policy. This vital detail was frustratingly elusive, buried deep within the labyrinth of their website under the inconspicuous "Blog" section - it is not under their Terms of service nor in their policies section. It was also absolutely not disclosed to me before proceeding with the payment in any way or form.

Given the circumstances - a generous one-month notice and explicit medical advice against the procedure due to ongoing colitis treatment - I had anticipated a far more upfront and ethical approach.

This lack of transparency and consideration for customers' individual circumstances is not just disappointing but raises serious concerns about the integrity of your business practices. Transparency should not be a luxury, but a fundamental principle of any reputable establishment.

I researched my hair transplant procedure for over a year. Looking in both Canada and Turkey. My advice to anyone considering the procedure is to follow that social media accounts of each potential service provider. Then reach out to them directly and start a conversation about how they will work with you. My experience with LongHairCenter was amazing from the social proof they provided on Instagram to the many conversations on WhatsApp prior to the procedure to the actual hair transplant and post procedure follow up. I have referred over a half dozen friends and they had the same experience. I had 4600 grafts and have amazing growth and I am only six months post procedure.

I always say “Trust but Verify”. I hope this review helps you with your research. You will not be disappointed with the team at LongHairCenter.

They are scammers!
Ahmet Yıldırım, who is the owner of Long Hair Center, is just a technician. He claims that he is a doctor, but he is a fake doctor. There are 5 doctors in Turkey with the same name and surname (Ahmet Yıldırım). Fake Dr. Ahmet Yıldırım benefits from this confusion and earned millions of dollars. There is no doctor in Long Hair Center. If you face any problems during the surgery, you might die easily. There is no information about Ahmet Yıldırım's educational background like a diploma, but there are a lot of comments on many social platforms (almost all comments are fake). We will continue to tell the truth on all platforms. Please do your research properly before going to Long Hair Center. Do not take any risks regarding your health

Above and beyond, but I was totally relaxed the whole time. After a friend of mine had his operation at the long-haired clinic, I felt confident in the care I would receive there. Even though I was nervous about getting a hair transplant in a foreign country, all the time we spent chatting with the Long-hair Clinic on WhatsApp put my mind at ease. Both the hotel and the guy who took me to and from the airport were wonderful. The procedure went off without a hitch; I was warmly welcomed at the clinic on the morning of the procedure, and I was kept updated at every step. Six months from now, I can't wait to see the final product.

The team were amazing. Friendly, funny, comforting, even throwing compliments my way to help me keep my confidence through this period, I could go on all day about how welcome I felt!
Frequent check ups during surgery to make sure I was okay and not in any kind of pain, and they keep in touch extremely well, answering as many questions as you have. I bonded well with the drivers also, even through the language barrier we got along and found common interests during our rides!

Great service and results are great after 9 months, only thing I will say is the injection is painful but the service given is outstanding.

I wish I had known about Long Hair Clinic and the process years ago! I was referred here through a friend and that friend was referred by two others. Knowing multiple connections that have gone here made me a little more comfortable to travel 15 hours across the world to have a procedure done. To start, Alaa ( my online consultant) was very accommodating professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From start of the conversation he was my guide which made the entire experience seamless. As soon as I landed I was immediately met by the driver and took me to the 5 star hotel the clinic provides. All the pick up and drop offs were scheduled on time and they were helpful getting me in and out of the transport (especially after the surgery so you don’t hit your head) The doctor, HT techs, and the language interpreters all met and exceeded my expectations and made sure they answered ALL my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. I came from Toronto by myself to have this surgery done and let me tell you I did not feel alone with the amount of support Long Hair Clinic provides. If you’re thinking about getting a HT done, don’t hesitate with Long Hair Clinic, highly recommended them. Will be back in 10-12 months for the second session and I can’t wait! - that’s how much of a great experience I had!

Hasil operasi saya sangat bagus, team yg terlibat mungkin 8 orang lebih mereka bergantian sesuai keahlian masing masing mengerjakan operasi 7 jam tanpa henti. Saya puas !!! Dr Ahmet Yildirim langsung yang menggambar rambut dan mengoperasi saya beserta team nya. Teman saya berkata di klinik lain nama besar seorang dokter dipakai untuk menarik orang ke sebuah klinik, kenyataannya dokter itu tidak pernah tampak dalam operasi. Saya ada Alergi obat tertentu dan saya komunikasikan kepadanya. Dia meresepkan obat yang tepat kepada saya bahkan ketika saya tidak dapat meminum obat tertentu saya di suntik obat khusus tanpa penambahan biaya apapun. Saya tahu sekali obat tersebut sangat mahal.

Operasi berjalan bukan tanpa masalah, beberapa menit saya sempat kesakitan sebab obat anastesi yang mulai drop, saya tidak makan pagi sebelum operasi. Tetapi dr Ahmet dengan sigap menyelesaikan semua masalah. Saya mencoba menasehati anda yang ingin operasi ... jangan pilih klinik yang menjanjikan tidak ada masalah. Kenyataannya masalah selalu akan ada. Pilihlah klinik yang profesional yang mampu mengatasi masalah ketika masalah itu datang. Jangan takut di Long Hair Center mereka sangat profesional. 1 pasien mungkin akan dilayani 6 hingga 8 tenaga ahli mereka memiliki keahlian masing masing. Ada yg ahli berkomunikasi dan menenangkan anda seperti Emine. Ada yang ahli operasi, ada yg ahli mencuci rambut anda setelah operasi bahkan ada yg ahli menanam atau mengambil donor anda. Intinya mereka kerja dalam team dan mereka mengerjakan keahlian mereka.

Saya bahkan sangat apresiasi juga kepada supir yang diberikan kepada saya namanya Emre dia sangat pandai berkendara. Kami menjadi sahabat. Juga kepada Mujahid translator bahasa kami. Saya sudah meminta Emine tanpa translator karena ada sahabat saya pandai berbahasa inggris tetapi Emine tetap menyediakan translator sebab dia ingin semua keluhan dan pertanyaan tersampaikan dengan cepat.

Translator juga disediakan dalam ruang operasi sehingga keluhan anda sekecil apapun akan di perhatikan.

Saya bersyukur riset saya 3 bulan tidak percuma, saya berjumpa dengan Long Hair Center dan menikmati layanan mereka dengan baik. Sangat baik. Pelayanan bintang 5!!!
