Very helpful had patience to listen to what my needs were . when I walked in jake was very friendly and helpful took his time to explain everything to me even when I rang about three times to ask more questions he was very helpful and so what some of the other staff this is the second time I’ve bought a cooker from them

We had a Neff double oven installed by Richard today and he went over and above fitting it for us. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable as well as being an extremely pleasant person to deal with. Michael deserves a mention too. He served us when we chose the ovens and once again was beyond helpful. Always good service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
