This seller is a complete scam and never buy anything from them. I wouldn't give them 1 star.

I ordered a very bright multicoloured cardigan. I received a drab cardigan not as advertised. The company agreed it was not the same as the advert. I asked for information to return the item before I went away. They did not reply so I was forced to send the item back to the return address shown on the delivery packaging. I let them know I had done this and they agreed in writing to refund on receipt. I tracked the return. They have had it for 6 days. I have written daily for my refund. They have ignored me. I am involving Trading Standards on a matter of principle but that will take time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHOCKING!

I ordered two “vintage cotton linen dresses” , supposedly reduced from £59.00 to £21.95
Never realised they woujd be shipped from China- took 13 days to arrive.
The quality of the fabric was so thin and like rags. These would never b a been worth £21,95 let alone £59.00. And I ordered a size larger but when the dresses arrived, they only just fitted. No way is the sizing accurate.
So I explained in an email and was asked to send photos which I did. I was then told my request was “passed along to the team” and yet 10 days have passed and zero response.
I’d recommend anyone to AVOID this on line seller!!!

Absolutely awful experience. The company claims to be based in the London, but everything is actually shipped from China, which is completely misleading. The items I received didn’t fit at all, and when I asked for a refund, they expected me to pay for tracked return shipping back to China. That’s outrageous.
They offered a tiny partial refund instead of fixing the issue properly, and only after pushing did they provide a return address—again insisting I pay the shipping. This is not how a legitimate EU‑based business operates.
I will never order from them again. Avoid this company unless you want poor quality items, misleading information, and terrible customer service.

This business is a scam. Their warehouse is in China and but they use a postal address in London. This is not obvious when purchasing.

Items come from China and cant be returned, because return needs their approval and they stop responding when return is requested. Their policy on the website says all items must be returned to China at customers expense.

I have reported them to my bank and Consumer advice bureau in the UK.

I'd like to report Londonward (londonward.co) as a likely fraudulent or fake online retailer. Findings:

The site displays a 4.8 Trustpilot rating banner, but the actual Trustpilot listing for this business shows 3.6, with numerous customer complaints. This is a false/misleading trust signal.

I could find no record of "Londonward" registered at UK Companies House, despite the site presenting itself as a UK-based retailer.

A WHOIS lookup shows the domain londonward.co was only registered in May 2026 — a brand-new domain with no operating history, inconsistent with an established retailer.

The website provides no contact phone number, only limiting ways for customers to reach the business if something goes wrong.

Given the fake trust score, absence of any corporate registration, brand-new domain, and lack of contact information, I believe this site is set up to deceive shoppers and should be investigated/flagged.

Please review and take appropriate action.

Same experience as others, ordered 12 of July and no sign of the toy that was ordered. On the site it’s still being promised 2 day delivery for the same toy. It’s no 12 days since order . Don’t know if I will ever see the toy. Customer service promoised toy is being given priority , but still no shipping date☹️

This is now 16 days after letting them know the item arrived damaged and very poor quality. If they were going to refund me or genuinely assist they would have done so by now. I still have nothing from them directly. I am not paying to ship it back to China. These are not UK consumer rules.

I bought an item that arrived damaged. Sent photos and I’ve had no feedback. When I search the business London ward it’s a Chinese company pretending to be British. I’ve had to go to my bank and request they assist me to get my money back. This enquiry will take the bank 17 days. I’m totally fed up with no good Chinese companies taking advantage. Their returns policy is for you to pay to send it back to China!! Totally in breach of UK consumer laws. Please 'UK gov', sort these Chinese companies out!!! They destroy what should be a good shopping experience, often sending pore quality fake goods.

They have now responded through trust pilot 3oth July, and not directly to me, saying they'd like to resolve, however see below I have tried doing this so many times.

Londonward is an online retail store operating via dropshipping. The company markets itself as a UK-based business selling modern fashion, pet essentials, and home decor. However, according to consumer reports, it acts as a storefront for third-party sellers based in China

NOTE: UK Regulatory Advice: The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has issued warnings about similar "masquerading" UK-city-named fashion websites, noting they often use misleading advertising, false money-back guarantees, and fake reviews to promote low-quality products.

I have to let you all know. Hence why I've taken a stand to notyfy you on Trust Pilot. If however they re-imburse me, I will update this post.

I ordered a fan on 5th July 2026. I received it today 22nd July. The fan I ordered is a completely different item from china to what I ordered. They sent me a fan that looks like it’s worth no more than £5, which is ridiculous and disappointing when I spent £68 paying for a fan that was described as worth more. That page with fan is not found anymore on their website. I have emailed customer service straight away and let’s see what their response is. I only ordered after reading some positive reviews here, hoping I would not be disappointed. I wish I could upload some picture of both the both I ordered and the one I received. They have removed the pictures from their website and any link of that fan. Looks like a scam and they were just trying to take people money.

I have contacted the email address you mentioned. They took the details acknowledged and said they will get back. They have not yet. I have provided pictures and order number. Basically you will just waste my time.

A fast delivery was promised but failed to materialise. I was told the products were being shipped and I would receive an email when they were on the way. I found ordered and had delivered the products I wanted from somewhere else, so I cancelled my order by email with the Londonsard support team, a week later the cancelled order was delivered so I emailed the support team who accepted my reason for return and promised they would instruct the returns team who would provide a London address and instructions. I have heard nothing since, even though I send an email every day requesting return information
Strongly recommend that others do not buy from this company

Don’t order from this company if your in a hurry, didn’t realise it was from China, also if you want a refund, you are responsible for return postage, it cost’s a fortune

Don’t purchase from this site. Product are not true size. Not based in London but China. It took 2.5 weeks for my big order to arrive. Very disappointed items are too small not the quality as described.
Poor cheap material. I have emailed the company haven’t had a response yet.
I would like a full refund and want to return all of it. I doubt I get my money back!

Based on the information publicly available, LONDONRD (also trading as Londonward) appears to operate with significant links to China.

Their own website states:

* Returns are to be sent to a warehouse in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, addressed to an individual there.

checked the UK Companies House register, and I could not find a company registered as “LondonRd” or “Londonward”.

Very misleading.

Waldorf doll.

Photo on website shows an apparently very well-made doll in tasteful packaging; a classy looking cardboard box and brown shredded paper, accompanied by its own baby doll. In reality it arrived in a plastic bag, without a baby doll and looking considerably less well-made.

There was mixed information about delivery times. In the FAQs it says the average time is 4-6 days. It actually took 2 weeks.

At the bottom of the item description on their website there is a fake TrustPilot review widget which shows a rating of 4.7/5 from 19,000+ reviews.

All very disappointing. Their site is carefully crafted to mislead buyers, from fake reviews to misrepresentations about the company location and worst of all very misleading product images.

I am compelled to write such a long review, and I feel so upset because this purchase was/is to be a present for my five year old daughter which I was excited to give her, and I now feel ashamed to give her. And what can I do? The thing took so long to arrive that her birthday has long gone, it came from China so I'm not going to go to the trouble of sending it back - the FAQs tell me that I "only need to cover the return shipping costs" in the case of returns. How generous.

The moral of the story is double check the actual TrustPilot reviews on the actual TrustPilot website.

If you run a business your responsibility extends far beyond 'make money'. Decisions you make have far-reaching implications for a lot of people: your customers, your suppliers, your lenders, and all their families.

Needless to say I will never think of buying from this website again and I will be more careful to do my due-diligence in future.

The funny thing is that had the company been upfront about all of this from the outset I would still have bought one of these dolls - albeit it in a different style, since I chose this one for the baby doll - and I would have been much less unhappy with the purchase, because my expectations would have been appropriately set, and this was the only option I found in my budget.

Easy to order but the default shipping protection was unexpected. It would appear that you have to actively refuse it. I know for next time.
