Jordan answered my call and was reassuring and accurate about how long it would take for someone to arrive. He explained the costs clearly, and how they would try to minimise how long they spent working on emergency rates.
Fuad came to deal with my leak, he was friendly and helpful and explained what was wrong and how I could better look out for it in future. He had the required part in his van, so everything was fixed within the hour. He was not at all patronising, unlike some previous plumbers I've dealt with.

I had an excellent experience with Jordan. He was extremely communicative, explaining the quote and the works he would carry out to fix our faulty shower taps. He did a great job and was efficient, tidy, and courteous and installed a new unit that works perfectly. I had some other plumbing questions in addition to the job he came to do, and he took time to investigate and answer my questions. I would highly recommend him and I hope that the ridiculous review below is removed, as it in no way resembles the service provided by this company. Thank you Jordan!

Hire this guy at your own peril. He gave me wrong advice, made me buy what I don't need, and ran away with the money I gave him without completing the job He was making noise, unprofessional and would work for 10 minutes and smoke for one hour. I had to pay another company to do the job when he ran away without completing the job. He alleged me of being aggressive because I simply requested him to do the job the way we agreed. RUNAWAY FROM THIS GUY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. HE RAN AWAY WITH MY MONEY AND WAS SHOUTING ON THE PHONE TO PEOPLE WHILST WORKING IN MY FLAT. HE IS SMART ENOUGH TO PUT A RESPONSE TO MY POST. THERE WAS NO AGRESSION WHATSOEVER EITHER VERBALLY OR PHYSICAL, HE MESSED UP MY FLAT AND I EVEN PLEADED TO HIM TO DO THE RIGHT JOB. I WAS SURPRISED HE RAN AWAY AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT.

I have used London's Premium plumbers on a couple of occasions. Once for moving radiator pipes and another for fixing a shower pump issue. Both times service was great and problems resolved quickly. Very reasonable prices.

Absolute heroes! I was having serious leaking issues from the flat upstairs into my kitchen causing a lot of damage, I rang up and had attendance within the day! Jordan managed to arrange to get into upstairs and stopped the leak, as well as fixing up my kitchen, for a low cost, life savers. I would highly recommend.

Gordon is excellent. He fixed my toilet and sink in just a short amount of time. He also diagnosed the toilet and bathtub blockage issues and provided a very reasonable quote on how to fix the bath tub & toilet problem in a long-term.
