I bought a samsung phone from these and when it arrived it had a faulty power button, kept throwing me out of menus and corrupted my memory card.

I managed to contact them to ask for a refund and I explained all the issues I was having with the phone, they said they would refund me as soon as they get the phone back so I sent the phone back and they got it and signed for it the day after posting.

I waited all day for confirmation of my refund and heard nothing from them so I emailed to ask for my refund, I had an email back asking again what was wrong with it and offering me an exchange so I asked again for a refund.

I never heard back from them again, I called and emailed loads and they never replied, luckily I paid by pay pal so reported it to pay pal who refunded me quickly.

If I hadnt paid by pay pal I dont think I would have got my money back at all.

Avoid at all costs.

I found the lowest price for a Galaxy S5 grade British here, the phone arrived quickly and the condition was very good, the only marks were a few small scuffs on the outer rim of the casing. Too early to say what battery life is but looksmart OK so far.

I bought a phone charger which was the wrong size - my mistake. Attentive customer service (Daisy Thomas): quick response, clear advice and quick refund.

Very bad experience. Bought an item that was advertised as new and despite making further inquiries item arrived scratched and with signs of possible previous repair. Also their website has no information on returns policy. I can buy the same item in described condition on ebay for £100 less. Conclusion its a misleading advertising to achieve bigger profit.

I wasn't told that the item had been dispatched. It was around bank holiday time so didn't know if it had been sent. The item actually arrived two days after bank holiday. Am very pleased with it.

phone arrived in very bad condition and this was not mentioned in description. it had very bad battery life so when i was returning it they took a long time and was delaying the process. i don't recommend buying from here at all. thanks for viewing my comment.
